May 14,2024Empire Auto Protect is a fraudulent bate and switch organization.Instead of complying with its representations and paying 7,000 for an admitted mechanical problem, they deny representative coverage,refuse to pay, call, curse and threaten and then cancel the policy believing all is resolved.If anyone has been similarly treated a civil class action for fraud and a criminal federal interstate action for fraud is a remedy .Never ever buy anything fm these people.In its response EmpireAuto Protect continues to yeahdeceive and falsify the facts. TomorrowThere was no options mentioned,and there is no 50% \100% coverage.Typical bait and switch fraudulent activity.Nothing they say is true and they continue to No refuse to pay as obligated and now their president threatens me with continuous robo calls and touts that his company is going public.Anyone who invests in this scam is bound to lose.Never buy anything fm these crooks.

May 11,2024I paid for a 3 year warranty in advance in October of 2022. The contract spelled out that I could cancel at any time for a prorated amount. I choose to do this in August of 2023 and contacted the company. We agreed on a reasonable refund and it would be mailed immediately. Over the next 4 months, I was LIED to on 5 occasions in regards to a check, or returning the amount to my credit card. I have since filed a small claims suit (which the company failed to answer resulting in a default judgment in my favor. A warning to the wise...stay clear.

May 11,2024I want my refund back due to their partner with head start warranty not honoring my contract and denied my claim because of so say pre existing condition so I cancel .Head start warranty gave me so many run arounds from the miles not correct to having to wait 24 to 48 hrs for an inspector and having to wait another 24 to 48 hrs for a report needless to say yall didnt wanna fix from the start saying one issue with my car was from a long period of time then saying my other issue was from rusty lines . Yall take people money every month and dont wanna fix nothing . I met all the requirements was over 30 days and way over 1000 miles plus my issues with my car was covered under the listed items everything with head start is lies and more liesss .Thats like saying car insurance wont cover someone car from a wreck because it was premediated .🤣🤣🤣🤣
