Apr 11,2025The final result is great with more efficient, more aesthetically pleasing replacement solar panels combined with good pigeon proofing. However, due to pigeons quickly nesting under the new solar panels, I had to ask ESE Solar to come back twice to fix the issue.

Apr 09,2025Great service from ESE, initial contact to arrange the annual inspection through to the engineer arriving were excellent. The engineer arrived on time, introduced himself, was polite and courteous and took time to explain the system and potential upgrades.

Apr 09,2025Have an issue with my solar, paid for a maintenance contract in 2022 and haven’t seen sight sight or sound of ESE since. Reported an issue more than 36 hours ago and haven’t heard back from them. Think twice about taking out their maintenance contract as it appears not to be worth the paper it’s written on. I hold my hands up I didn’t have the August 2023 appointment logged, in my defence I was going through cancer treatment at that time, as for the additional battery installation again I agree, however this was not a health check it was purely installation.

Apr 14,2025Arrangements by phone went well. Technicians fitted additional battery. However , big problem, cannot connect the system to the app on our iPhone. We were told to ring Head Office which we did and we were told that we would be contacted within 48 hours. We are still waiting 8 days later!
