Apr 03,2025The lads turned up to put netting round my solar panels to stop the pigeons getting under them 3 days after getting my call. They arrived at10.00 on Sunday morning cleared 2 nests from under the panels and any other rubbish they had built up. They put the wire round the panels and cleaned the panels. They took 2 hours and were friendly and courteous cleaning up all mess and charged me £800.00. They did a very good job.

Apr 03,2025Contact was initially from an advert online. Followed up by an excellent no pressure salesman visit, and after costings agreed to installation of battery and panels. An offer on Carbon offset was available and we took that up as well, as the income from that was passive, similar to that from exported solar. We have been generating since end February 2024. The software management by ESE IT has optimised our income and use of Octopus incoming. Our expected return in year one, we have a (within 3 degrees) south facing roof, is expected to be around £2800, indicating a payback on panels within 2 years, and on the whole system within 4 years. The income from the carbon offset has been invested and is showing a significant profit not included in the figures above. I can recommend ESE additionally, because the staff have always been available and responsive when support was needed

Apr 03,2025The installers arrived on time and did a preliminary recce before suggesting an alternative site for the battery. They appear to have done a good job and explained how the system operated. They also tidied up afterwards. So far all has gone very well.

Apr 01,2025The Gentleman phoned to say that he was on his way and turned up promptly at the time specified. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything that was asked of him. After the service was done he explained all that he had done and then left. ESE contacted me to ask if everything went as planned. I explained that during this service visit we had no paperwork off the service engineer. It was explained to me that this has now stopped. Thank you for taking your time to explain the changes to me and we look forward to your visit next year.

Mar 30,2025I upgraded from my old system which was working, the batteries held their charge and were fully charged in nice weather by 3pm. This new system is useless, I've wasted my money. The battery discharges immediately the panels stop working in the evening and during the day the battery never gets to full charge and the I'm alleged to be using most of the power when only two clocks and this computer are on. I've contacted ESE several times, they say they've updated the firmware but there is no difference, something is badly wrong.
