Jun 14,2021Coming from Portugal, the purchase process was easy (bought 2 tests) and received 1 of them quite quickly. Had problems with the 2nd one due to an address error. The box came with all the instructions perfectly explained. The result was given within 36 hours from post to email with result. Generally satisfied with just 1 issue that didn't affect my trip.

Jun 14,2021Easy enough to sign up but the test didn't arrive in time for a day 2 test due to the Bank Holiday, there should have been the foresight to send it out earlier, so although I took it and sent it, it was too late. Also had to go and find my results, no email or feedback to say they were ready.

Jun 14,2021Ordered the day 5 test. Convenient packaging, clear instructions and received the result within 24 hours which is good, however I didn't know that because there were no notification neither via email or phone, although I provided both and the company has promised to notify of the result as well. So, I had to login to my account to see the test result.

Jun 14,2021If I could give zero stars I would! We live abroad and recently visited UK to see family. We were in UK for 2 weeks and opted for 5 day release test so we could see both sides of family who live in different cities. We found the whole testing scheme a expensive farce, particularly as we are fully vaccinated. We returned to the USA yesterday and this morning I got my day 5 results! The whole point is to 'test and release'!!! We booked our day 2 and day 8 tests with another company and they were just as bad, I got my day 8 results as I sat in the tarmac waiting to fly back to USA. The companies blame royal mail, but the tracking shows they were delivered and whilst the post took longer than it should the results did not get processed as quickly as lab promises.

Jun 14,2021No reply to emails and they do not answer the phone. I imagined as they are partnered with BUPA that they’d be professional but this is definitely not the case.

Jun 12,2021Booked online for Day 2 and Day 8 tests. Reasonable prices -given the circumstances- and response within 24 hours from receipt. I had to figure out that the results of the first test were in their website, however the second one was even texted to me. Excellent compared to others I used in my previous trip.

Jun 12,2021I purchased two day 2 and 8 tests (£233) two weeks ago thinking it was plenty of time to ensure they arrive in time. Today is day 2 and we have no tests to take and no correspondence from them at all! I am getting no response to email or online form and when I call I get answering machine saying they will call back. I called yesterday morning and still have received no call back. I also can no longer sign on to the website it now says incorrect email..... At a brick wall, can't get through to them and no test to take! PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! Jun 12,2021Shocking and outrageous, all the characteristics of a scam company. DO NOT USE! Bought a fit to fly test, arrived on time, did the test and tried to register. After failing to register online I was advised by customer service that it was already registered and could send back which I did. Once I tried to track the parcel the code showed it as delivered one month ago! The Royal Mail tracking and postage was obviously duplicated because the kit never arrived to the lab and I had to take a same day result test with another company in order to fly. Customer service is since non existent, no response to any of my emails , 2 weeks now. What a joke , should be reported !

Jun 11,2021Tests arrived on time. So far have had the results of day 2 & 5 results. But I have two problems with their service. 1- their phone line is total lie no way you can talk to them! You always no 20 on the list! When wait for almost two hours 😳 they say no one is there to respond!!! You use the call back service they don’t call you. So basically no telephone service exist. I tried it three times in different hours and the same result exactly. 2- The data result has never either email me or text to me.I found that in their website and in my account. The fifth day result came through by texting me and not email So there are very inconsistent in their service.I felt anxious all the time whether or not I will have the results at all I do not recommend

Jun 11,2021Booked a test to release and started to try and get hold of customer service to ensure it would arrive on time. Seemed impossible to get hold of anyone and no one seemed to call back either but after a few attempts, I eventually got a response from the CEO James who was very good and tried to help as much as possible. Test did arrive on time and got the results 24 hours after it had arrived back at the lab. Stressful experience but managed to be released on time thanks to James. I would recommend that their customer service team responds to calls or actually call back though. Many thanks. Alex

Jun 10,2021Day 5 test done and sent, I am on the evening of day 8 and no results, no one to pick up the phone. Purpose of day 5 is to get results asap and stop self isolation -- do not order from here you will not get the results probably ever or after 10 + days if I can judge from other reviews. Day 8 with another excellent company (Alphabiolabs) they provide results in less than 24 hours. Trying to get money back from the bank..as they will not even pick up the phone Avoid Edit: I can confirm no results yes on day 10 and no answer on phone, they have taken the money and run away.

Jun 09,2021I am an NHS doctor and by nature a five star review guy. I will simply be repeating what almost all reviewers below have written; I wish that I had read those reviews first and am motivated to write to warn others. There is absolutely no customer service: simply no reply to emails, and impossible to reach by phone. Tests arrived late (after day 2) despite booking well in advance; results never returned (and yes, I do know about junk folders). I have no experience of any others but this service was way below any reasonable expectation and I will certainly never use again.

Jun 14,2021My Day 8 test arrived but I had to chase the Day 2 test.This arrived on Day 0. I was given the wrong reference number to add to my Passenger Locator Form. As I was flying with BA, I only learned this the day before my flight as I could only book in to flight 24 hrs before and I needed my seat number. This being a Sunday, I couldn't contact Everything Genetic until Monday morning with only a couple of hours before I left for the airport. This added a lot of stress pre flight. Despite registering my phone number and e-mail address, neither test result was sent to phone or e-mail and I only got my result by logging in to my Everything Genetic account. Very Poor Service; would not recommend this company.
