I ordered the test kit, sent in the specimen per the instructions. I never received a notification that it was complete. When i logged in to the website it said the test was complete and was negative, but the link to review the report did not work. I tried on 3 separate devices to open the report link to no avail. I could not get through by phone, so I emailed support to ask for the report but never received any reply. Because I couldn’t see the report, I was not able to prove the negative test was performed by PCR, which was an airline requirement for flying. That left me with no choice but to order another test at the last moment at more expense.

1591 - disappointed that I still do not have my results, over 3 days later. Despite many attempts to call your customer service, no response or call back.

This is the Worst Test to Release system. Day 8 and still waiting for the results, they do not pick up the phone nor reply to my emails. It makes no sense to hire their services as they will give you the results almost when the quarantine expires. Reference 2775.

I cannot believe Everything Genetic feels the confidence to ask me for a review. Here’s my experience: I ordered my 2+8 tests 4 days before my arrival to the UK. I received both tests on my day 5 into quarantine. I’ve read comments of them blaming Royal Mail and the bank holiday for the delays - do not fall into that trap. I arrived to the UK before the bank holiday, on May 28th, and placed the order on May 24th. And Royal Mail has been working perfectly fine. Whatever excuse they give, it is unacceptable. My tests were not dispatched on time (period). In those 4 days, I tried to contact EG several times by email and on the phone. They never got back to the 4 emails I sent (also via their contact form) - No response - And yes, I checked my Spam folder every day. On the phone they got me waiting for over 50 minutes until they hung up. They say they are ‘sorry’, they’re experiencing a high number of calls - of course! But they haven’t stopped selling tests - It is Outrageous. At one point, I began to think this company was a scam, that it did not really exist. Once in the UK, on my 2nd day and no tests, I managed to speak to Jayde, who gave me her email address - that made things easier - and was able to confirm that the tests had not been sent yet (for some unknown reason). After that, both tests arrived on my day 5 (at this point it was like taking a test to release but I’m not going to enter in this ‘test and trace non sense’). Basically, I took my day 2 test on my day 5. Results were ready on my day 7. I took my day 8 test the day after and received my results on my day 10th. Results were ready quite rapidly (hence the 2 stars in my rating) BUT make sure you log in into your account to check results on their website - They DO NOT send results by email or sms, despite saying they do on their website. This is my second time going through this process after arriving to the UK. Both experiences were pretty bad (first one was with CTM) - So I have the impression this is how this flawed system / business works.

There was no good communication in place. I havn't recieve any of the two test as we speak. Not good enough

Not impressed!! In fact we have asked for a refund as test kit turned up late on day 6. In the meantime had been advised to call NHS for them to send us a kit and that arrived within 15 hrs!! Still only able to take the day2 test on day 7 due to postbox restrictions. So I have no reason to recommend you at all and are still waiting for our refund! 3188

This is a fraudulent establishment. Never received any results, sent several emails and called six times. No reply and there is a basic residential answering phone once you have waited online for an hour and a half. This is nice that someone took the time to reply given no-one took the time to reply or answer the phone before. Having used several other companies as I fly a lot, this is one of these that I advise to stay away from!! not the case! Nothing in span or junk and no-one answered no-one responded. Unless you want to pay and receive a big fat nothing, use other companies.

Horrible. Returned 2 weeks ago and still not received any results. Good job no one was checking up on these things. Will be expecting a full refund. Following the response, I checked their site and found my results. No email though. Upgraded to 3 *

Although I was able view the result online, I couldn’t download the repor, I have never received confirmation of my results & am still awaiting a response to my email complaining about this. Very poor service.

I received the Covid test results of my Day 2 only on Day 7 !!! I ordered Test to Release for Day 5 and got it on my Day 8, although they refunded the money for it. Moreover, I had to call them myself about 10 times and wait half an hour on the line to find out any information on my issue. On top of this, you have to pay a lot of money for the nightmare. Just nonsense !!!

The online ordering and delivery service was great. The tests are reasonably priced. I was fortunate enough to live locally to the delivery address on the return test and had it dropped off even though it was a weekend. Timing was vital since I was doing a test to release test. This meant the turn around time of the test was much faster than waiting for Royal Mail to deliver. Unfortunately, when I tried contacting via phone I waited for over an hour to finally be number 1 in the queue only for the phone to ring a number of times and be told no one was available to answer my call even though it was the middle of the afternoon. The instructions included didn’t say that the test number needed to be registered on the online portal. When the test results were ready, I didn’t receive an email or a text, even though I’d successfully registered my phone number and had registered the tests on the online portal I had to log into the online portal to check and see if the results were ready.

The service was terrible. We still haven’t received our results. The tests kits were sent to the wrong address which cost us 2 nights in a hotel in Scotland after we were told the kits had been sent there. We were charged twice at £236 a time for 4 tests. It took over an hour to speak to somebody on the telephone. Absolutely awful experience!!

Not the cheapest although you would be justified in thinking they were based on the following experience… Firstly their booking system is beyond frustrating! Trying to put your birthday or any date in is infuriating! It will jump up to the top of the page without warning making the process take longer than it should! I had to abandon it and return after a break as either I took a break or my phone did! They take your money quick enough but be warned your order isn’t complete once they have it and email you the receipt. There is another date ridden section for you to pull your hair out to! Once this is done your order is complete and then at some point they will allocate a reference number required for your passenger locator form. Rest assured they won’t email this to you though, you have to log in and select each individual order to find it. The good news is you don’t have to sign for the tests and they fit through the letterbox so they could be waiting for you when you get home so you can send off the tests in the required time (day 2 for us) but… we didn’t actually receive our day 2 tests until day 4 despite everything genetic having over a week to send it to us! There was no correspondence to tell us it would be late. No one will answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message No one will respond to the online form. So if you like stressing that the government are going to start sending out fines these are the guys are a good option. To be fair once the tests had been sent back the result was processed relatively quickly… although I wasn’t aware of this as I had no email confirmation with my negative certificate. I had no text despite going through the process of confirming my mobile number. Luckily I logged into my account in frustration looking for an answer and saw the result there! I was very generous with 2 stars but this was only because the result was processed in good time. The rest of the experience was very very poor.

Test has not been sent yet and I am worried, as I travel to the UK tomorrow. I still have not received an email saying the tests have been dispatched, despite ordering them 10 days ago. 3232

Honestly. It says 24 hours on government website and It takes forever to get results. Sometimes more than 72 hours. Never get it from this company. Whole process is a joke anyways. by the way even though I signed up for text message, I never received any text message and I had to email them to get my results.

Test kit never arrived I emailed every day for seven days In the end asked for a refund Makes a complete mockery of UK government instructors for visitors arriving in the country I would not recommend this company to anyone I disagree with private providers being used I’d rather pay the NHS

Still not received the 3 tests results back, over 3 weeks later. I have emailed Everything Genetic Ltd on numerous occasions seeking an explanation and now even a refund. All seems to be falling on deaf ears. I paid for a service that has not been provided. Micky Mouse company, go elsewhere for you PCR Testing
