I bought a friend of mine the FCUK soap on a rope. The smell was nice but overpowering although I figured that would wear off in use. When opened, it was BLACK soap. Imagine the lather and splashes - all black too. Very messy in the shower. After six weeks of use, the soap near the rope is very cracked - I worry that it will give way before long - and the other end is swollen and has a bit missing. So all this happens as you use it and then hang it up. My friend decided to use it as a hand soap because of the mess it leaves in the shower. I took photos but there's nowhere to upload them. I cannot recommend this product.
I used the try before you buy and it was great. So easy and saves having to wait for a refund. I kept the item and contact was frequent to let me know when they were going to take payment.

Placed an order online 9th January and paid £3.95 delivery charge. It’s now Wednesday 15th January and still not received item! An email this morning states now shipped but why has it taken a week to send especially when paying for delivery? Not good service at all, need to get their act together!! As requested,order number: UK1259740!!
This service try before you buy is perfect
Harper Try Before You Buy was excellent. The 5 stars is for their service which avoided me paying up front thankfully as French Connection would be a 1 quality was poor and sizing was bizarre.. would like to use Harper again but wouldn't with French Connection.
My experience was brilliant. I ordered four winter coats which I would not have been able to afford otherwise. I kept one and returned the others without any problems. I also think that 5 days to decide on the final purchase is more than enough. I certainly will use this service again.
I ordered 2 dresses, both in M & L, which would have been expensive, however the try before you buy made everything easy. I also had a small problem when trying to send 1 of the dresses back, my fault for downloading the wrong information for sending back through the post office, however I quickly found French connections tele-number & actually got to speak to a person who immediately sent the right barcode for my to return, problem solved, so in my opinion the best customer service I have had. I will def be using French connection from now on xx

DFS are selling furniture that shows it is designed by French Connection. We have a dispute with DFS over the furniture and wrote a review about the fact French Connection was mentioned but weren’t responsible. We partly bought the furniture because of the good name of French Connection so disappointed now.

Went yesterday into the FC shop in Duke Street London and was robbed of my bag with all cards, passport etc. I know it’s my own stupid fault to loose sight for 5 seconds of my bag, but the staff was absolute not helping at all and didn’t show any empathy with me. Even worse, the girl said: this happens every day here and you need to watch your own stuff. Of course I know that, I am from Amsterdam😀. But a small interest or asking if I was okay, didn’t happen. No interest or whatsoever. And can tell you that I was in complete panic having no cards and passport anymore. A bit more sympathy could have been showed, but staff hardly responded to my questions and did not show any sorry.
They took money for an online order twice and are refusing to reimburse me I have tried and tried and tried to get the money back and they refuse I will never use them ever again as they cannot be trusted This is the first time this has ever happened to me
Used to like buying French Connection Men's Polo Shirts and they used to have a good range, but looks like they have stopped making them now and only sell 2 or 3 overpriced / expensive ones.

I was taking back an item to exchange for a bigger size, the gentleman and a lady, was exceptional with their customer service ,sorry I didn't get your names but it was so nice to experience such service nothing was to much trouble..thank you I will definitely be returning.
I bought clothes from French Connection but did not receive a confirmation email. Luckily, I had taken screenshots. After two weeks of silence, I wrote an inquiry on their website and sent an email. From the website, I received a fake tracking number with a note from DPD that I had received the item. Meanwhile, through email, I was told that the items had not been shipped. The DPD company confirmed that they had no record of such an order. When I reported all of this to support, I received a refund the same day. At least thank you for that. My daughter bought a dress for a wedding earlier than I did, but she received it after 2.5 weeks when it was no longer needed...
I bought a pair of jeans that ripped within just two months of use. It’s really disappointing when you expect durability and get let down so quickly. While the company did refund my money, it doesn’t change the fact that the quality was severely lacking. Respect and trust are hard to earn, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t help.
