Very bad customer service! I have never received my order and Furla is not doing anything about it. I asked my money back, but I am not getting as they are investigating it.. for 1 month already. No one sends respond to an e-mail and chats have no affect as no one is taking initiative to solve the matter.. very disappointing, never expected it from such a big and I thought respectable company. Never again! I have provided you with all required details and looking forward for a resolution!
J’ai acheté un sac à main Furla ( modèle Sphere) en novembre 2024. Au bout de 2 mois il y a une vis qui est tombée dans l’écluse métallique. J’ai contacté Furla et Galeries Lafayette (distributeur) et aucune solution de rechange ou réparation a été proposée seulement retour et remboursement du prix soldé ( cela veut dire que je ne pourrai plus acheter le même sac au même prix) J’aurais voulu garder le sac et je suis obligé de le retourner maintenant… Franchement, pour une marque de Luxe, je trouve le service SAV du fabricant est très mauvais. J’ai l’impression qu’ils n’ont aucune envie de fidéliser ses clients:( Première et dernière expérience pour moi avec des produits Furla !
I paid for a different bag and received a completely different bag to what I paid for. I wrote in my return package I wanted the bag i ordered but instead I was refunded. Before returning the bag I tried reaching customer service and no one got back to me. I will not be purchasing again.

purchased a wallet from Furla last year at Bicester Village, excited about the authentic leather and the brand's reputation. However, after only 4 months of use, the color of the wallet has noticeably faded, despite not using it during the summer months. When I reached out to Furla's customer service, I was told that the fading was due to "use," with no further explanation or an offer to remedy the situation. I was really disappointed with their lack of empathy and resolution. The wallet's quality doesn't seem to live up to the brand's name, and the customer service was far from helpful. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll be purchasing from Furla again. It seems more about the name than the actual product or customer care.
Exceptionally bad customer service. I have purchased a number of bags from them, over the past 10 years. Unfortunately, my partner bough a bag that wasn't quite what I wanted this time for Christmas. When he contacted them just after the holidays, after days they advised that this can no longer be returned as the 14 days have expired ( by a few days only when he initially made contact). We were both very surprised as this has always been 30 days return policy - must have changed after Brexit. Anyway, we asked if this could still be returned as only a few days late, they asked for photos etc which we provided the same day.. They then took a month to 'review' and got back to us saying to be 'consistent' they cant accept this. Terrible way to treat your customers. Will make sure all my friends know. Pessima esperienza, purtroppo. Il mio primo acquisto on line si è concluso con un annullamento dell ordine per non disponibilità del prodotto. Peccato che questa non disponibilità sia stata verificata solo dopo il pagamento e a distanza di un giorno. Eppure basterebbe allineare il database con le disponibilità in magazzino. Aspetterò il rimborso e, nel frattempo, non farò più acquisti tramite questo sito.

Purchased on their online store. Really not what I'd expect from a luxury brand. It took days to get email confirmation of an order, and the wallet arrived with the leather wrinkled and the color peeling off in several places. Either they had no quality control, or there was simply no quality to start with. No exchange option. Not convinced they would refund even if I returned it, or how long that would take. Doesn't feel like a trustworthy company.
I was surprised to read so many negative reviews here, and I think they are all valid, but I would also like to share my positive experience. I ordered the Sofia Grainy S, color cappuccino, 50% sale, it arrived in less than a week but it was delayed by one day (personally it didn’t bother me). The bag is beautiful, versatile, elegant and it seems to be high quality. The leather feels great, the hardware is a beautiful discreet gold color, the seems are well done, the bag looks like it will last some good years. It was very well packaged and each detail had a protection. So far I haven’t had any problems, so I can’t really give an opinion on customer service. Maybe I was just lucky with this particular purchase but I would definitely buy on Furla again.
I'm not sure what is more aggravating--Furla's horrendous customer service structure or that they embody the essence of a used car salesman. I simply wanted to purchase a gift for my wife and had a price glitch occur that I couldn't review before paypal sent the payment as soon as I selected that option. I immediately contacted their customer service through chat and the phone but was told by both I could only cancel by email. What's the point of providing access to phone and chat customer service if they can't help with existing orders? Seems completely backwards and doesn't help your consumers. I sent an email (with an expected response time of 24-48 hours--also terrible considering chat/phone CS is readily available) and they completely ignored my request in the initial email to adjust the price or cancel to allow me to repurchase. I responded again with my request and received an email later that a cancellation or refund was not possible: They do not allow the return of sale items; however, my purchase should not be classified as a "sale" if bought at full price. I tried multiple times to reach out for a resolution but have received no support. The price glitch should not have occurred if their website was programmed correctly!! However, Furla is intentionally and actively choosing not to help and hoping to swindle me out of additional money. I strongly do not recommend anyone purchase from Furla due to their complete inability to provide reasonable customer service. I honestly still feel like I'm being scammed and being held to an arbitrary terms of service...that doesn't even apply in my situation--again it's not a "sale" item if you charged me full price. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. If this is their approach to customer service, this behavior is worthy of a class action lawsuit.
J ai perdu une vis sur un sac qui est tenu par une barrette donc le sac ne tient plus d un côté Contacté Furla Lyon il n’existe plus Envoyé mail et la réponse c est du bla-bla Je voulais le sav car ce genre de vis ils doivent en avoir beaucoup En plus vieille collection donc il faut envoyer le sac plus de 10 semaines de délai enfin bref le parcours du combattant même avec une photo incompréhensible pour nous acheteur Je vais aller à Casto ou chez un cordonnier mais franchement cela ne fait pas envie d acheter des produits de luxe Très très déçue du SAV
Ho comprato circa una fa una borsa in negozio a quasi 500€ e ho le maniglie che si spellano Mi hanno del customer service risposto che è usura! Mi aspettavo qualità maggiore e anche una proposta loro di riparazione o sostituzione! Hanno di sicuro persa una cliente e non consiglio le loro borse!
Sac commandé directement chez Furla. LE carton est arrivé totalement disloqué. Le sac présentait des bosses et déformations. J'ai fait une réclamation à furla avec photos du carton disloqué et du sac abimé. Ils m'ont indiqué qu'ils s'agissait de bosse de transport et n'y etre pour rien. Et "royalement" ils m'ont proposé 10% sur un prochain achat. Bref je ne recommande pas FURLA. Politique client désastreuse.
La mia esperienza è negativa non per il prodotto, che ancora non ho ricevuto, ma per il servizio offerto per come funziona il sito (lento e non aggiornato), perché ti iscrivono alla newsletter senza il tuo consenso. Eviterò in futuro.
Pessima esperienza. Ho effettuato il mio primo ordine sul sito di Furla il 31.12.24, consegna prevista per il 03.01.25 da UPS che però non si presenta. Oggi siamo al 15 gennaio e ancora nulla è stato consegnato per dei ritardi con le consegne nella sede di Brescia. Ritardi di quasi 2 settimane senza mai un'info? Ho fatto una pessima figura con la persona che aspettava la borsa come regalo, sperando ci fosse un lieve ritardo ho fatto presente che avrei portato il regalo qualche giorno dopo, ma quando ancora nulla si è smosso sono dovuta andare a comprare altro per non presentarmi a mani vuote! Ho chiesto di rispedire ľordine al mittente per avere rimborso e tutto tace! Pessima prima, e ultima, esperienza!
Commande passée le 17 décembre pour un anniversaire le 3 janvier. Le site indique que la livraison se fera le 23 décembre. Une fois la commande passée, je ne reçois aucun mail récapitulatif de ma commande, si je n'avais pas de capture d'écran, je n'aurai jamais su le numéro de commande ou encore suivre les étapes (enfin "suivre" est un bien grand mot). Le 23 décembre, je ne reçois rien mais n'étant pas pressé, je suis tranquille (il y a de la marge avant ce fameux 3 décembre). Le 30 décembre je vois un mail d'UPS datant du 27 me disant qu'ils ont essayé de me livrer mais je n'étais pas présent : la bonne blague, le livreur UPS ne m'a jamais appelé alors que je suis chez moi ce jour là. Dans ledit mail, on m'indique un point relais où je me rends le 31 : une fois sur place, pas de colis (j'ai fouillé la réserve avec le gérant). J'appelle UPS le jour même qui me dit lancer une enquête (MDR) et j'appelle également Furla le 02/01 qui me dit qu'elle va contacter UPS. Le 03/01 arrive, le cadeau que j'avais prévu pour ma femme n'est donc pas là, je ne vous dis pas ma déception devant la sienne (elle voulait ce sac). A ce jour, le 15/01, Furla n'est jamais revenu vers moi, j'ai dû les appeler le 14/01 et "l'enquête est toujours en cours", ils ne peuvent rien faire de plus. Donc je ne peux pas aussi me faire rembourser 🤡. Donc je résume : on a une marque totalement incapable d'envoyer un mail (automatique hein) après une commande, sans capture d'écran impossible de suivre la commande. Ladite marque incompétente donne la marchandise à un transporteur totalement incompétent et probablement voleur (vu le prix des sacs). Je ne vous recommande pas de commander chez eux, évitez même si les sacs sont beaux. Allez en magasin (en espérant que l'expérience soit meilleure).
I bought a black bag last week . Order was confirmed and payment processed . Two hours later my bank says that my money has been reimbursed . Only when I write to Furla asking what has happened I get a copied and pasted email back stating that they did not have that item anymore .Funny it was on sale , item showing on their website , with my order confirmed .lf they are trying to catch customers by offering mischievous sales they just lost one . Customer service did not even offer me any suitable alternative ( just the same bag in other colours that they do not sell so well) most probably because it was a robot writing the email . And this is supposed to be a luxury brand . Never again. Don’t waste time on them . So many better options in the market these days .
Buongiorno, di recente ho acquistato una borsa con abbinato portafoglio. La mia prima borsa mi è stata regalata 30 anni fa e ora ne ho 53. Ogni anno me ne viene regalata una o da me acquistata. Ho notato che la qualità del prodotto già 3 anni fa era peggiorato, ma l'ultimo acquisto devo dire che è decisamente scadente. Grande delusione. SF

Die Summe ist nicht hoch genug für einen Gerichtsprozess, darauf spekuliert Furla natürlich. Absolute Betrüger! Keine Kaufempfehlung !!! Ich kann nur vor Furla warnen !!! Bitte gerne weiter erzählen um alle zu warnen! Die Kommentare und Bewertungen auf Facebokk löscht Furla um zu verschleiern wie sie vorgehen. Das geht hier und auf anderen Bewertungsplattformen zum Glück nicht. Der Kundendienst von Furla ist nicht mal in der Lage mich in korrekter Anrede anzuschreiben. Komplett dilettantisch, zeigt sich Furla!
