À nouveau je poste un avis négatif sur Furla qui ne veut pas me rembourser pour un colis perdu par UPS. Ils se renvoient la balle. Ça fait maintenant plus d’un mois 1/2 que j’ai fait ma commande SFCEU0476385-FR d’un portefeuille d’un montant de 155 euros, Furla sait pertinemment que le colis a été perdu mais je ne sais pas ce qu’ils attendent pour me rembourser et UPS qui attend que FURLA les contacte. Ça peut durer longtemps… je demande à Furla de me rembourser les 155 euros sous 8 jours. J’ai déjà contacté la commission européenne pour signaler ces dysfonctionnements et régler ce litige. Je porterais plainte sans règlement dans une semaine. Extrêmement mécontente de FURLA et UPS.

Such a poor customer service as well as quality product. I’ve bought cardholder and quality shows that it can not be wear for daily use…. I’ve asked for support due to damage of poor quality and I have been informed that damage is due to daily usage!? Insane! How then customer should use Furla products daily? Wearing is special bag protection?! I have other leather products with me for more than 10 years and they have never been in such a but condition after 1,5 year of usage like cardholder bought in Furla official store in Budapest. Lack of respect for customer time and money. Product overpriced ….
Achat d'un sac Furla porté épaule il y a un peu plus de 3 ans en cuir rouge. Lors de vacances en Sicile avec des températures élevées, le revêtement de la lanière EN CUIR s'est transféré sur mon tee shirt et la lanière ne fait que coller par la suite! Adorant mon sac je décide de ne plus le porter par la lanière mais par la partie chaîne ce qui est très désagréable au contact de l'épaule! Il y a quelques semaines et juste avec des températures à 30 degrés, le problème se reproduit mais cette fois ci c'est carrément le revêtement de l'avant du sac qui se transfere sur mon short en jeans! Catastrophe le sac est abîmé sur tout le devant le short est bon à jeter! Appel de SAV qui m'indique que le sac est garantie 2 ans. Mais la je ne parle pas de fermeture cassée ou autre, le revêtement du sac se transfere sur les habits!!! Quelle marque de sac soit disant "de luxe ou au moins de qualité superieure" a ce problème?! Je n'ai jamais vu ça ... Le prix est celui de sac de qualité supérieure voir luxe pour une qualité de fast fashion de site chinois! Aucun geste, aucun dialogue ... un conseil n'achetez pas de sac FURLA qualité médiocre! Pour moi c'est fini! Suite à la réponse de Furla : Le cuir est une matière vivante certes mais je n'ai jamais vu du cuir se transferer sur une veste ou un short. Je suis outrée par votre réponse ou vous remettez la faute sur la température. Vous devriez préciser que les conditions d'utilisation du saca mains sont entre 15 et 25 degrés. En Sicile, j'ai porté un sac Lancel et un sac artisanat acheté au Maroc, aucun des 2 ne s'est transféré sur mes vêtements. Aucun geste commercial ... seule réponse... votre sac à plus de 3 ans! Mais les grandes marques n'auraient jamais ce genre de réponse.
I have ordered a leather sneaker shoes on their official website last august 3, 2024. I was so excited as it was my first purchased on this "luxury" brand. I was so disappointed when i got it the shoes has dents, deformities and looks like started peeling off. Seems like QC didn't exist. I contacted the customer service and they said that it's not actually deffective, it's because the soft characterestic of the material being used. Guess what i really like that shoes so i ordered it on the other shop here where i live. And it looks perfect compare to what i got on their official website. I will never ever order on their official website ever again. And maybe totally will never look back at this brand anymore.
Do not purchase from their online platform. I purchased two scarves online on 7th August last and delivery was due on the 14th August which as fine as these scarves were purchased for birthday presents to be given at a lunch on 15th August. Then on 14th August there was no delivery, I contacted Furla via their online chat to no avail just kept being pushed off to UPS. I explained that UPS would not deal with me as I was not the customer and told by them that Furla would have to contact them. I requested that a copy of the online chat be forwarded to my email as proof of contact. Of course this chat was not forwarded to my email. Then when I contacted Customer Service by email I received an email quoting a discount code for my next purchase. Why would I want to make another purchase when I did not receive the purchase placed with them on 7th August!!! Each time I contact Furla Customer Service all I get is an email with a link to UPS showing my order being transferred from one warehouse to another warehouse and still no delivery. No other contact from Furla Customer Service. It would appear that they just don't care - take the money.......... It is now three weeks later, Furla took my money and did not forward the scarves as ordered. Could this be considered theft or fraud? I suppose that is a question for another day. It is now three weeks later and still no delivery. At this stage I really do not want to know about UPS, I just want the order delivered that I paid for. The sales contract was with Furla and no other party. Who Furla engaged or subcontracted the delivery to is irrelevant. In conclusion - NO I would not recommend Furla The reply by Furla on 28th August further indicates their poor customer service again. For the avoidance of doubt, stating that I have to wait another eight days is not resolving the issue. If the customer is important to Furla they should replace the order and issue without any further delay and retrieve the original order themselves from the courier. Furla provides no customer service and completely disregards the customer who has paid for order and is still waiting for delivery for the order placed three weeks ago. I certainly could not recommend Furla and my final thoughts are .... DO NOT ORDER FROM FURLA
I purchased a Furla backpack bag at the Toronto International Airport and within the first use, the Merlot red/purple colour of the leather started to peel. I went back to the Furla store within 2 weeks with the receipt and they told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer. The Furla online customer service told me that they don’t warranty their bags from Furla airport stores. I’m shocked that a $600 bag was not backed by Furla. Beware - do no buy this brand. I’ll stick to my LV, Gucci, Prada, Burberry and Chanel from now on. Furla is not luxury.
I bought my Furla wallet in store in Croatia, very excited to have my first high quality and beautiful genuine leather wallet meant to last. And it lasted for exactly 1 year and 5 months. (Small) part of leather peeled off and it looks like it was my fault but I always kept it in separate section in my bag and mostly non touching anything. And the funny part is that I mostly pay with my apple wallet so I even dont use it often. Such a poor quality is unacceptable for 165€ wallet and it is definitely my last time buying that brand. So lucky to not purchased the bag (and I deeply considered it). Not to mention that brand itself refused to take responsibility for bad quality. Such expensive dissapointment!
Worst customer service ever! I bought a bag online on sale but did not see the final sale mention. It is not in red like other merchand. I received the bag and it is not as picture the handle and really small and wanted to return it. Did not ask for a refund originally but an exchange. They said that it was final and no discussion was possible. That it is mention on the website and at check out, which is untrue. I checked out with Apple Pay and there is no mention of final sale.after 10 emails they provide me a return label and said they will repair it since there is a glitch with the zipper. I returned it and said that I just wanted an exchange but send me the same bad back. In a package with no protection, like a piece of garbage. More importantly in the invoice there is no mention of final sale and actually mention that I can send the item back for any reason… I ask to speak to someone else but refused and are copy pasting the same answer sonce day 1. Unreal
I have ordered from Gomez.com, before three months, one pair of sneakers and one pair of flip flops. Quality is awful. First the flip flop unglue, then some details of the sneakers fall of.

I bought a furla bag first time last year. I got lots of compliments on the colour red but the clasp is terrible. While I’m wearing it the clasp snaps off. It was expensive and I didn’t buy it on sale. Now I don’t use it any more.
I bought a Furla bag on the 29th of May 2024 at Leder Locher in Switzerland. After only one month and wearing the bag 3 times the part (more accurate the screw) which holds the handle and the bag together broke. So I went to Leder Locher and had to realise that they shut down all the stores because they file for bankruptcies. So I wrote to Furla if they can send me a new bag or at least repair the one that's broken, as it's still under two years of warranty. They rejected as I didn't purchase the bag directly from them and in this case the warranty of two years is not valid. It's still a Furla bag and what else should I do than contact Furla directly when the original seller shut down due to bankruptcy? After e-mailing with Furla back and forth they offered me to check with the nearest Furla store for a paid repair. In this case I asked them for a Furla store in Switzerland and they just answered: "Regretfully we inform you that we have not established the service of paid repair for your country." And now here I am, with a Furla bag, bought one and a half month ago, broken and not usable. I expected at least a little bit more goodwill from a company like Furla and especially in a case like this. I was always very satisfied with all the Furla bags I bought till now, but this was for sure my last one!
Literally worst customer experience I have ever had. Returned my order to them, but they refuse to issue my money back to me. It's a scam!
Jeg ELSKER Furla skind tasker og XLpunge. De eneste tasker jeg benytter i hverdagen og til fest, og har gjort over et årti, efter jeg fandt dem på Samos. Men savner dog en ordenlig Hobo taske i Large, min favorit var mere rund med lynlås for oven, og i den skøn neste farve, mørk rosa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Savner indimellem nogle pang farver. Elsker min lille Gilda taske i pang grøn, når det skal være fin og der er behov for en lille taske. Savner de gamle XL punge med lynlås, hvor der før var plads til 4 extra kreditkort, 2 extra i hver side. Lækre i tasker i høj kvalitet og hurtig levering. Dog ville jeg ønske at de brugte GLS, da vi ikke har UPS her i vores by.
Marchio che negli anni ha perso notevolmente in qualità e design. Non vale un decimo del prezzo di vendita. Ho acquistato una borsa a settembre del 2023 e dopo 3 giorni di utilizzo noto che presentava la pelle danneggiata sul bordo interno e negli angoli d'appoggio. Mi presento in negozio per reclamare il fatto e dato che il danno era appena visibile mi viene detto di continuare ad usarla e nel momento in cui il danno sarebbe stato più importante avrebbero contattato l'ufficio qualità. Tanto si prendevano la responsabilità di eventuali danni per due anni coperti dalla garanzia. Mi dissero anche che non serviva lo scontrino. Tutte menzogne! Colpa mia non aver fatto reclamo subito e/o chiesto rimborso perché ora mi rispondono che è passato troppo tempo e non possono farci nulla. Mi hanno chiesto pure lo scontrino (che ho tenuto perché non mi sono fidata). Borsa di 425€ rovinata in 2 settimane di utilizzo. Pessima esperienza! C'è assolutamente di meglio a meno prezzo!

War unzufrieden mit meinem Produkt und man hat zwei Jahre Gewährleistung eigentlich sollte man da dem Kunden ein wenig entgegenkommen. Werde nicht noch mal bestellen.

Oct 22,2024Maand geleden een Furla tas gekocht maar al na 1 uur dragen laat de verf van de schakels los en zie je ipv goud een witte onderlaag. Via de winkel de tas naar Furla gestuurd waar het wordt afgedaan als slijtage! Bij een tas van zo veel geld hoor je niet al het wit na een uur door de gouden verf te zien. Absolute miskoop. Koop geen Furla tas. Heb goedkopere tassen, ook met gouden schakels die heel veel vaker gebruikt zijn en waar ik deze ‘slijtage’ niet zie.
