DON’t buy anything at Furla. The bags are shocking quality- leather cracking after just a few months and getting spots in mysterious ways and they are not cleanable. Customer service non existing. Take your money to a reputable company with helpful customer service.
Love the bags of this brand, but the customer service is terrible. They do not help you and do not propose any solutions to your problems.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before wasting my money on a Furla handbag. Within 4 weeks of use, the glueing(yes not stitching) part completely came apart on one side. Now the purse has 6 centimeter hole in the middle. Completely useless. I contacted Furla customer service via email and instagram and attached the pictures, videos and picture of the proof of purchase. Result: (From Furla) We would like to inform you that we have a two year warranty applied to all Furla store purchases, Outlets are excluded. Regretfully we inform you that we cannot assist with the repair of your bag.
I wish I'd read the reviews on here before wasting my money on a Furla handbag. Within 6 weeks of use, the stitching of one of the internal pockets completely came apart on one side. I contacted Furla customer service in Australia where I live who told me that Furla warranty didn't cover their products purchased from resellers (I purchased from Nordstrom's in the USA). They suggested I either get in touch with Nordstrom's or get it repaired at my own cost. Firstly, I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my entire life...Nordstrom's didn't manufacturer this poorly made EXPENSIVE (supposedly high-quality) handbag. Secondly, I've purchased no-name generic handbags that have lasted longer than this. My last good bag (Tory Burch) lasted 6 years with daily use and was just retired in good condition. Don't waste your hard-earned $$$ on Furla's rubbish and their terrible, non-existent customer service. Disappointed is an understatement!
Sono cliente di Furla da anni, mi piace lo stile e fino a qualche anno fa apprezzavo anche la qualità. Negli ultimi 3 anni, nonostante i prezzi siano sensibilmente cresciuti, ho comunque acquistato una borsa che dopo sei mesi aveva i manici completamente rovinati, l'ho riportata in garanzia e dopo molti mesi visto che la borsa non mi veniva restituita, hanno acconsentito a riconoscermi la stessa somma con cui ho preso un'altra borsa. Poi ho acquistato un portafogli la cui pelle, in un punto, si è disintegrata .... consumata, appiccicosa, insomma da buttare. Ho lamentato il difetto purtroppo mesi dopo l'evento e mi hanno risposto che è capitato a tanti e che essendo però trascorsi i due anni dall'acquisto (per un paio di mesi ....!) non intendono riconoscere nulla. A questo punto, delusa, credo che non comprerò più nulla ... la qualità è scadente e i prezzi ormai inadeguati rispetto al prodotto. Peccato!
Ich rate jedem ab, auf der offizielle Website zu bestellen. Nutzt lieber Reseller. Mir wurde ein falsches Produkt geliefert und auf die Bitte des Umtausches hat einfach niemand reagiert. Also Retoure - der Prozess auf der Website ebenfalls ein Krampf (davon abgesehen sind auf der offiziellen! Seite 100 Rechtschreibfehler). Nun warte ich seit 4 Wochen auf die Rückzahlung und es passiert einfach nichts, trotz mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem KD-Chat. Es ist einfach nur nervig!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FURLA!!! DON'T BUY THIS BRAND!! I bought a "genuine leather" bag (expensive) and with the "genuine leather" sentence stated on the bag and after few uses the straps melted and peeling. They were sticky. Disgusting! Customer service treated me horrible and they do anything. It was unacceptable!! I will never by this brand again!

As someone who seldom shops, I wanted to by my sister-in-law a really nice bag like this one - green. I went directly to furla.com because I wanted to be sure all went well vs say Amazon. I took screen shots and it is still this way on the website - nowhere during my buying experience did it say no returns. I did not know sales cannot have returns. My sister-in-law asked for some thing else and Furla refused the return. This is deceptive to me and I have asked Furla to please simply list anywhere during the buying process that no returns are allowed. No changes yet, and I cannot recommend Furla. Try a different brand.
Terrible service! On 15 May, I returned a bag via Ups with the label provided by Furla. I have been informed the bag has reached Italy but for some unknown reason, has not been delivered to Furla. Despite the return being over a month ago, they are refusing to give me my refund.

Ik heb in augustus 2021 een Furla tas gekocht in Italië. Super blij mee! In januari 2022 (6 maanden later dus) liet er een stukje van de rand van m’n tas los. Ik ben toen naar de Furla winkel op de Pc Hooftstraat in Amsterdam gegaan om te vragen of zij hier iets mee konden aangezien ik een garantie had van 2 jaar. Mijn tas werd toen naar Italië gestuurd en ik kreeg na 7 weken een telefoontje dat mijn tas terug was, maar niet gemaakt. Ik vond dat al niet heel netjes, maar volgens hun kwam dat omdat het onderdeel dat kapot was een ‘natuurlijk’ product was. Ik kwam thuis en pakte mijn Furla tas uit de kartonnen tas waarin ik mijn tas van hun meekreeg. Raad eens, mijn strap van mijn tas zat er niet bij. Alleen mijn kapotte tas dus, zonder strap. Ik heb toen weer naar de Furla winkel in Amsterdam gebeld en zij zouden er achter aan gaan. Ik kreeg later antwoord via de voicemail: ‘hoi, we hebben een nieuwe strap voor je.’ Ondertussen is mijn tas in augustus al een jaar oud en dan krijg ik een nieuwe strap. Ik gaf aan dat ik bang was dat je kleur verschil zou zien, maar ik gaf het een kans. Eerst zou ik ook nog is de strap moeten ophalen, oftewel door hun fout weer heen en weer moeten rijden naar Amsterdam, maar gelukkig kon de strap uiteindelijk toch naar mij opgestuurd worden. Mijn strap kwam vandaag binnen. Ten eerste is het een strap die NIET bij mijn tas hoort?!?! Ten tweede heeft de strap veel beschadigingen en gebruik sporen. Ik hoop dat Furla zelf met een goede oplossing komt, want dit is alles behalve netjes. 😕
I will not recommend furla Australia, which is very irresponsible company. i have experienced twice that my order is cancelled due to no stock, however, I was able to place the order and pay. custom service is not helpful and apology for single situation, but never improving.

Disgusting service if u ever have a problem. My bag sent for warranty repair its been 8 weeks and u have no one to complain to or contact. phd Melb # on website was told to email but got a generic answer in Italian. Its been an absolute nightmare! Never again!!!
I bought a bag for my wife, and it broke the very first time she used it. I asked for a change, and they proposed a reparation. I agreed on that even if it was disappointing to understand that a well-regarded company like Furla was proposing a repair. Anyway, the bag reached the warehouse the 27th of January and still at the date of today I did not have any news about what was going on. Today I decided to contact the customer service, which on a separate note is really unpolite and takes ages to reply. Finally, I get to speak to someone over chat which replies every now and then (around 10 min wait to reply to each message I wrote). The operator says the reparation may take up to 4 weeks and to be patient. I also explained that I need the bag to be shipped back to another address when the reparation is completed as I will be moving from my current place to another city due to work. Here is when the operator tells me that the shipping address cannot be changed! So, I obviously get a bit upset about this all thing, so the operator says they are going to try to change it. I do not know if I will ever receive the bag, but I am sure that this will be my last purchase at Furla. I would suggest to everyone to spend money anywhere else rather than here.

Je me décide de le porter enfin avec mon blazer blanc et remarque que la hanse rose a décoloré sur mon blazer de marque aussi cher que leur sac médiocre. Je contacte le service client qui sous prétexte qu’il date de plus de 2 ans ne peuvent rien faire … ne serait ce de payer le pressing pour sauver mon blazer ils ne l’ont pas fait, rien aucun geste commercial alors que mon blazer était foutu ! Du made in china pour une marque italienne de luxe et quant je leur fait remarquer cela ils osent se moquer de moi en justifiant qu’ils sont fière de la diversité et de fait ils fabriquent dans plusieurs pays. Mais comment nous embobiner ils sont fière de travailler avec un pays qui ne respectent pas le droit de l’homme et exerce un genocide ? C’est juste qu’ils fabriquent à bas prix et nous font payer au maximum ! Achetez SHEIN c’est mieux je vous le dit certes made in China mais pas 230€ le sac!
