I bought a bag in Furla Italy shop in 2019 but unfortunately the strap got broken. Due to Covid-19, I didn’t have a chance to take it to any shop but I finally took it to Furla London Regent branch this summer 2021 and asked if they can repair. They said yes and within 3 weeks I received the repaired strap with no charge. My experience with Furla throughout in the shop in Italy (Naples) and London (Regent branch) was great and I have had great customer service. Their bags are stunning too. I would definitely buy more bags from Furla in the future.
Stay away from this company at any cost…. I had a horrible experience trying to order a bag online ( 3 times) , waiting for my orders arrive for 2-3 weeks and never received orders. The customer service doesn’t exist in this company, representatives are rude and just hang up on the customers… I can’t believe this lack of respect to their customers… They lost many loyal customers… P.S. More than three months have passed. No one from the company contacted me. As I said earlier, this company does not value or respect its customers, if something went wrong with your order-be prepared to be left alone with your problem, the company representatives will simply hang up when talking to you. STAY AWAY from this company !
Sono cliente Furla da oltre 20 anni, ho sempre trovato prodotti di alta qualità e personale gentile e disponibile... ma solo in negozio. L'e-commerce è una trappola, se siete fortunate e tutto va bene ok, ma se qualcosa va storto è uno strazio: il servizio clienti è scortese, svogliato e incapace di risolvere alcun problema. Ho ordinato un prodotto, è arrivato sbagliato, capita. Ho chiesto un reso con cambio, prima mi hanno detto non si può, poi si lo facciamo noi, ogni volta una risposta diversa. Dopo due settimane di mail e telefonate ho ricevuto un rimborso anziché la spedizione del prodotto corretto e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto in malo modo che avrei dovuto ordinare il prodotto se volevo riceverlo. Ero stupita ma cercavo una soluzione. Ho fatto notare che l'avevo già ordinato e non è mai stato consegnato, perciò ho chiesto come procedere visto che da oggi non è piú sul sito (primo settembre, fine dei saldi). Mi hanno detto che è peggio per me, la colpa non è loro se ho restituio il prodotto perché non lo volevo. Sono senza parole. Se dovesse ricomparire fra qualche giorno a prezzo pieno capiró come mai sia andata cosí. Peccato perché il personale in negozio è l'opposto: gentilissimo e molto professionale. Non fatevi tentare: acquistare su questo sito è un'esperienza spiacevole e sconsigliata.
STAY AWAY IF YOU EXPECT A REFUND/RETURN Their return policy for in-store purchases is extremely misleading as it is not clearly displayed on receipts, on signs in store or online. Nowhere on the receipt, no where in store, confirmed by the assistant in store nor online did it mention that they do NOT offer full refunds but only credit note or exchange in store, which is extremely a condescending customer service. I have found this whole experience dealing with both in-store and customer service to be incredibly frustrating, stressful and has caused me great inconvenience. It is evident that Furla's priority is getting money in their till and not the customer experience or service. I am now stuck with a 355GBP bag that I no longer want or need. I am very disappointed how I've been treated and if suspicious and alarming that Furla have deactivated their twitter account and have such poor reviews on Trust Pilot.

Customers writing bad reviews are 100% correct. Furla is extremely unethical and their customer service is non existent. Be very cautious when dealing with them and buying from their online store. That is probably why there are no reviews about them except on the 3rd party sites like this. I purchased a bag that I decided to return due to the quality not being as I expected. I was told that I cannot due to it being a final sale. Meanwhile there was no indication that it is a final sale during my checkout. Please be aware: even though in the FAQs it clearly states that final sale will be indicated during checkout - it is not! (I tested again later with the same results). Customer service representative proceeded to tell me that it is my fault and there was an indication, even though she could not replicate it either, at the end she just rudely told me that she can't do anything and I have to send an email, which I did and no one replied. I filed a complain with BBB, which the company did not reply to either. Just remember, whatever you buy from them - be prepared to be stuck with it. And if you are set on the company - I would advise to by them from Nordstrom or similar department stores, rather than from the company directly.
I order a bag online through my mobile phone. Their payment system automatically choose Express delivery cost £40 instead of £0 for Standard delivery. It is not friendly for mobile to change the option and when I refresh the page, IT SUBMITED MY ORDER. Although it was my stupidity, £40 for Express delivery which not even next day delivery and still take me 5 days IS NOT WORTH. By the way, there customer service is really bad, non professional and helpful at all. They basically told me to go check their policy, it is not their fault and they will do not thing!!!!!!
Bonjour je vous déconseille de commander sur le site . J ai acheté une sac mini et le porte-feuille je dois le retourner pour demander le remboursement. Ils m’ont proposé 3 option (1. Choisi la date pour ups viens chercher 2- choisir point ups pour dépose 3 - retourner à votre charge ) les 2 option sont gratuit mais aucun ne fonctionnes . Du coup j ai choisi le 3 eme option donc j me dis je vais payer moi même tant pis . Du coup j ai reçu un e-mail avec leur coordonné pour le retour mais devinez ils me donnent une fausses adress carrément. Heureusement j ai control sur la boîte Qu il m envoyait . La j ai été très en colère j ai contacte chez eux et il me dis attend attend on va vous faire une exceptionnelle en envoyant ticket de retour gratuit. Mais je leur dis normalement ça doit être gratuit . Mais bon la depuis une semaine pas de nouvelle . Demain je vais envoyer moi meme frais 33€ mais mon sac coûte 500€ donc j espère que je vais recevoir rapidement mon remboursement. Mais évitez vous ne commander pas chez eux c est une vrai arnaque
Perso lucchetto della borsa perché sicuramente difettoso a solo un mese di distanza dall’acquisto e dopo i più svariati tentativi di farmelo rispedire a mie spese dal servizio clienti ho solo ricevuto una risposta negativa. Nessuna possibilità, nemmeno pagando e avendo la borsa in garanzia si può riavere il lucchetto. RISULTATO: la borsa già penalizzata esteticamente anche se nuova e soldi buttati!MAI PIÙ E SE POTESSI VI DAREI MENO DI ZERO!NON C’È IL RISPETTO DELLA LEGGE ITALIANA SULLA GARANZIA 👎👎👎👎👎
J'ai effectué un shopping à distance dans le magasin à La Vallée Village. J'ai demandé au SAV où les baskets sont fabriqués, elle m'a répondu: "ils sont fabriqué en italie". Lorsque j'ai reçu les baskets, il y avait un sticker "MADE IN CHINA. Je me demande pourquoi la personne m'a menti !? Bon, j'ai contacté la personne et elle m'a dit qu'en fait ça dépendait des paires de chaussure et même des tailles. Pardon?!?! En suite, la personne m'a montré une paire de baskets qui sont fabriqués en Italie, notamment, ils ne sont pas les baskets que j'ai acheté ! Les miens sont fabriqués en CHINE ! Il faudra dire la vérité devant ses clients au lieu de mentir !
ho acquistato on line uno zaino che come chiusura di una tasca esterna ha un lucchetto di piccole dimensioni che dopo un primo utilizzo si è staccato perchè difettoso alla chiusura.... dopo averlo perso e ritrovato tre volte l'ho definitivamente smarrito e contattando il customer service ho chiesto di poterne avere un altro in sostituzione visto che lo zaino senza questo accessorio risulta imperfetto: mi hanno risposto che non hanno lucchetti di ricambio... per un marchio che non è certo a buon prezzo mi aspettavo certo molto di più .... prima ed ultima volta di Furla!!!!!!
I had an issue with the Furla bag as I used it 2 times and it becomes unwearable due to a defect that came from poor quality. I contacted the company 2 years ago and never got a response after receiving an automatic e-mail that confirms that my request has been taken care of. And now by accident, I saw the e-mail again and resend it hoping that someone will care about responding to my message.
I purchased a bag from the DFO Brisbane at $314 less than 6 months ago, rarely use it. Unfortunately, however, the brass on the strap has come apart completely; I called the store and spoke to Maggie, went back to the DFO store a couple of hours after the phone call. The store manager Maggie's attitude towards the issue was indifferent. She offers me two options: 1. providing me with a new strap that the leather grain do not even match the original bag that I purchased; 2. take up to 8 weeks to get fixed. What an awful customer experience! I left my bag to Maggie, told her that she could keep the bag (perhaps resell to someone else). I would never purchase Furla bag again; at the same time, I will certainly tell everyone via social media, she seems pretty happy to keep the bag; I just wanted to say, Maggie, you should feel the shame of yourself by offering a customer with such unproductive remedy given that I purchased a bag was less than 6 months ago. In addition, she rejected my request to replace another bag that equivalent to the value where I originally bought it. Lastly, I will never purchase any bag from Furla again. Both customer service and how they deal with faulty product issue were shocking (in particular, Maggie's indifferent attitude and problem-solving skills towards customer was the worst shopping experience. If my $314 can help other consumers avoid being duped by Furla, an unscrupulous merchant, by sharing my experience via social media, then being ripped off by Furla does not matter to me.

The web sight clearly say free returns but that is not the case. I tried to return a handbag, they would not accept my return. Very disappointed!
2015 l had bought my 1st bag from Furla from Cyprus airport, price was reduced from 486 Euro to 340 euro.I had contact then with customer service and ask if the the Furla handbag are 100% leather and they answer yes. l have notice then lowering of the walls .Because the model of the bag is business bag- feet fail A4 , so in my case the leather according label must to be calf leather. Is a really heavy bag -is a not for daily use.I have others brand handbag-in the same years bought and no any of them has reach such condition.l am so careful with my belong and handbags-they are like new. So my Furla bag the last 3 years it was not use by me stay in wardrobe with filer to supports the walls from colabs and in coton bag. Since 2015 l had chance to buy others brand handbag and have experience of quality workmanship.I know why the cost such amount.There l would like to add no any of my handbags been such price like furla ,Furla is more expensive bag-such a mistake. So because l have experience of handbags and always been sad for my purchase l had contact with Furla -customer services.Sending receipt and photos of the bag who show the problem.There on the photo can be see clear how the bag was kept in excellent condition -no any mark or scratch, i never put them on the floor . The problem is the air bubbles. The customer services has told me because of out warranty , they can't provide any help in this matter.I had try to ask them to pass my case furda because if some body understand of leather workmanship -will see the issue. There we are not speak for a warranty -there we speak for fault product of leather. The leather which was use is a tin. I can definitely argue the bag walls is a not the same leather like front display. There have air pocket which the customer services they do not comment. Is a interesting fact is when you send them email or from the official website request -they not send you any email to confirm that they had receive your email or provide you Ref Num of your request. I sent Furla customer service an email with pictures of my 3 month old wallet's leather peeling on all corners. They said it was due to "misuse". It is not possible for me to misuse it so that it will peel in corners like that unless I put it in a vise. They also told me to go to their NYC store for a visual inspection which is 3000 miles away from my home...
