Ho comperato qualche anno fa due borse in pelle. Sono diventate appiccicose come silicone liquido. Il negozio dove le avevo acquistate non ha accettato alcun reclamo.

Je confirme qu'il s'agit d'un site pas du tout sérieux. J'ai commandé et payé une paire de chaussures en juin dernier. Je n'ai à ce jour rien reçu, malgré mes multiples relances. Personne répond au numéro indiqué sur le site DIFERLA et les mails ne sont jamais suivis d'effet.

I will never buy a Furla bag again. After several uses my hand strap tore. Poor workmanship and quality. Due to the expired warranty, I wasn’t able to get it repaired or replaced. Called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me due to me purchasing it from a store. The store confirmed that due to the expiry of the warranty they couldn’t do anything either. Furla is suppose to be a high end quality bag, warranty should be a lifetime when it comes down ti it. Obviously they let their customers down. Will definitely not recommend Furla to anyone wishing to purchase there products. All in all they no help from Furla.

I usually buy a lot of bags and I have to say that I have more than 15-20 articles from FURLA for most of them bags. Last year I bought the hobo Sirena and I used it I would say 10 times. I noticed that the closing system is getting broken. Unfortunately the shop where I bought it changed management and doesn't work anymore with FURLA which is totally understandable. I firstly send an email to the customer care. They asked me photos, the tickets,guarantee etc and at the end they told me: we could not do anything for you. I chat with MiMI (in italian like some of you )hoping the the guarantee could work. The only thing she told me was: I'm sorry. I could not do anything for you. I called the customer care in french several times and the guy was very impolite and bored of my request. He closed the last call just telling: OK CIAO! I called the customer care in Italian and the girl was ready to help me personality based on the email I sent . I wait some days. I called again and she had never checked my request. At the end, she was also sorry for not doing nothing for me. I chatted again with Mimi ( in French this time), and she told me to contact a shop in Belgium. The shop asked me photos, the story etc and today (after a reminder) they could not repair the bag but if I find out the ticket.... So I don't know if it is impossible to repair it for technical reason or just because they don't want to do anything for me using the excuse that I have not the ticket. So before buying FURLA you have to know that : - if you speak Italian, French, English or whatever, they don't care - there is no guarantee on their articles - the customer care is NOT customer oriented and they are very IMPOLITE - it is not a luxury and elegant brand as they don't have the attitude of it Just to let you know that I had a similar problem with another Italian brand COCCINELLE. The bag had a default in the leather. I called them, I explained them the problem, they told me clearly that the same bag was not in production anymore and thus not able to REPLACE it but I received by post 3 days after a cluch from their side. This is a real customer oriented brand. So for me it was the last time that I bought a FURLA product. I will try to find out a way to repair it and then I closed with FURLA like all of you.

Purtroppo una volta Furla era sinonmo di qualità, anche visti i prezzi; purtroppo non è più così. Ho acquistato una borsa online, l’ho appesa ad una sedia appoggiando i manici uno sopra l’altro e quando ho fatto per riprenderla il colore di uno dei due manici si era staccato ed attaccatto all’altro. Mi sono rivolta al sito avvelendomi della garanzia legale e per fortuna sono stata rimborsata. Ho sempre comprato borse Furla ma devo dire che negli anni la qualità è notevolmente peggiorata, altri brand della stessa fascia di prezzo offrono prodotti decisamente migliori

Anyone contemplating buying a Unica Furla Earth Limited Edition handbag, DON'T! It was really expensive, but I don't mind paying for quality and have a number of Furla and other designer bags in beautiful condition after nearly 10 years of use, but this bag has zero usability. I have used it once and it is covered in scuffs, black marks and smears which have permeated the leather. You literally only have to touch it and it leaves a mark because any form of moisture (which you have on your hands all the time) leaves a mark that will not clean off. Also, it got a few rain splashes on it which - whilst they have dried - made dull yellow marks on the leather for hours afterwards. Customer Services believe this is all likely a result of use, and wear and tear, ignoring the fact I have used if for just a handful of hours. It is also apparently because the leather is crafted with a special and precious manufacturing process.... so special it's literally unusable. Furla's response is disappointing; someone in Customer Services and its Quality Control Department should try using the product for a morning and see what happens. One star isn't poor enough. This is not the Furla quality I have loved in the past.

Un servizio di assistenza al cliente che è penoso! Mi hanno venduto una borsa difettata e non l'hanno sostituita asserendo che era una macchia casuale! Alla mia richiesta di fornirmi l'indirizzo di una tintoria a cui inviarla per farla "pulire" mi han risposto che non ne possono consigliare nessuna. (la mia tintoria di fiducia mi non ha preso in carico il lavaggio in quanto mi ha confermato non essere una macchia). Alla mia richiesta di dirmi di che macchia si trattasse mi è stato detto che l'ufficio qualità di furla non era in grado di dirlo. La borsa premesso non è mai statu usata. 2 mesi di mail 3 viaggi verso lo store 200 telefonate, situazione non risolta, mi hanno omaggiato con un portachiavi cinese! PESSIMI!

Worth customer service I’ve ever had their products are disgraceful. I ordered a FURLA bag it look like it is been used and returned back the bag I bought is not worth anything I paid I paid over $100 and it has scratches and marks all over it and that is not okay I will never purchase anything again from this place do not waste your money here there products are trash

Purtroppo non posso dare meno di una stella. Servizio clienti pessimo, maleducato e incompetente. Ho fatto un ordine durante il fine settimana e poco dopo mi sono accorta che il prodotto non era quello che in realtà cercavo, quindi ho mandato subito una mail con la richiesta di annullamento dell’ordine. In tutte le aziende al mondo questa richiesta viene generalmente accolta, con loro no. Hanno detto che la merce era già entrata in fase di spedizione, peccato che io oggi vedo solo l’ordine confermato, ma nessun tracciamento né tantomeno segno di “lavorazione”. Ho chiesto se possibile rifiutare il pacco e mi è stato detto che se faccio così il rimborso può richiedere molto tempo (ma da quando? Basta che l’azienda comunica al corriere di riportare il pacco indietro. Cosa fattibile anche da una 104) per cui è stato suggerito di fare un reso, ma loro non forniscono un’etichetta di reso dentro il pacco, quindi devo richiamare, in 24 ore la mandano (con calma 😅) e poi devo stamparmela da sola (e se non ho la stampante?). Da evitare! Dovevo leggere prima le recensioni negative e capire che questa azienda può solo fallire…

Ho comprato una borsa Furla rossa che dopo pochi mesi ha cominciato a perdere colore dai manici lasciando macchie sui vestiti. Sono andata in negozio per segnalare il problema (prodotto ancora in garanzia) e mi hanno detto di rivolgermi ad un calzolaio per la sostituzione dei manici a mie spese. Ho deciso di non fare niente e di usarla solo con i vestiti scuri, ma quando l'ho ripresa dopo un pò di tempo dalla sua sacca antipolvere, ho trovato i manici completamente attaccati alla borsa e nel staccarli hanno lascito un'incisione sul fronte della borsa. La borsa ora è praticamente inutilizzabile. Una borsa shopping pagata tanto che non vale niente dal punto di vista della qualità. MAI PIU'

Customer service is not in line with the brand, I own 5 bags and a wallet and have always found the quality to be decent. After 3 uses the top handle of my newest bag broke. I contacted customer service and asking if just a replacement D ring could be sent to a friend travelling from the UK as Furla is not available in my country - YES, I OFFERED TO ASSIST THEM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE....... After weekly emails for a month still no response. Wish I could write a review without a star. Shocking that this brand with a history of nearly 100 years and usually decent quality doesn't care about loyal customers.

I bought 3 bags from Furla for the past 3 years, to be honest I bought them during sale, but I’m so impressed with their quality and are so beautiful! Really happy with the bags and planning to order another one soon, just waiting for the next sale XD I left only 4* because once my order was cancelled without any explanation, for the rest, happy happy happy

Wahnsinnig schnelle Beantwortung der Anfrage. Ich hatte nach einem verlorenen Ersatzteil gefragt, und es wurde abgelehnt weil der Händler bei dem der Artikel gekauft wurde ( von knapp!!! 2 Jahren ) nicht Ihren Ansprüchen gerecht war. Mein Händler hatte Furla Artikel über eine Großhändler bezogen und nicht direkt.

Una stella non meritata. Mi iscrivo al loro sito per shop online, e non mi arriva mail di conferma, anche se sono iscritto. Faccio ordine per borsa, costosa, mi fa arrivare fino al pagamento, che autorizzo, ma per tre volte non va a buon fine. Chiamo servizio clienti, vedono gli ordini, mi dicono di riprovare da altro browser. Provo inutilmente. Richiamo, mi prendono ordine telefonico, dicendomi che mi inviano link per finalizzare pagamento. Sto ancora aspettando il link…. Non usate questo portale, è vergognoso!!! P.s.: la stessa borsa l’ho acquistata da altro sito di rivendita, pagandola 50 euro in meno.

Tas (3jaar oud) geeft teerachtig af op lichte kleding, het leer zelf is ook beschadigd (leerpatroon vervaagd) aan de buitenzijde op de plaats waaraan de binnenzijde van de tas de sluiting zit

I purchased a Furla bag in June/July 2022 via their website. The clasp has never worked without force. I have filled in their on-line form but it won’t submit. I rang their number and was told to send an email. It gets returned. I tried the on-line chat but that just says reconnecting. It doesn’t. Reading other reviews they are terrible for customer service. I have bought a bag I cannot use. I have tried to contact their CEO no luck. Update: 20th April. I have heard from Furla who said I would receive a label to return the item. This did not arrive. I contacted them again to ask where the label is. They reply please take the item to their outlet in Bicester village. This is 60 miles from me. I am 75 my husband 78! Their website says you cannot take the item to an outlet or shop if you purchased it on line! In other words we are not going to honour our Guarantee UPDATE JANUARY 2024 I have been able to use the bag since my initial review. This has been by pushing and clicking the mechanism until it finally clicked. However, yesterday the bag will not shut, at all. The little clips on the flap which are supposed to fit into the metal on the bag do not come out far enough. So the bag just doesn’t shut. It is now out of its guarantee. I have no option than to throw the bag away. I notice on their website that the locking mechanism has been changed! I wonder why?

Schöne und vor allem sehr hochwertige Taschen, aber leider kein Kundenservice. Habe den Schultergurt meiner 400 €-Tasche verloren und bei Furla freundlich per Mail angefragt, ob ich einen Ersatz bekommen könne (natürlich würde ich diesen käuflich erwerben). Es kam eine knappe Absage, dass es keine einzelnen Gurte gebe. Danke für nichts.

Il sito Furla è una truffa.ho acquistato pagato la merce non è mai arrivata e non mi hanno mai rimborsato.non comprate!al servizio clienti rispondono solo stranieri che non sanno e ti faranno sapere.è una presa in giro ne parlerò male fino alla fine dei miei giorni spero falliscano lo meritano.
