Apart from the bad bag quality, Furla's online customer service is the worst I've ever communicated with. I've tried to order a spare ribbon for my bag and received their reply after almost a month where it was clear that they didn't understand my request at all. For this reason I wouldn't recommend buying their products as the support is, as previously said, lousy.

I have been waiting for my refund from Furla for 118 days now!!! I received an e-mail that my return was “processed” on December 10, 2020, and to this date, April 7, 2021, I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND for this bag that I returned!!! Furthermore, I have NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been in e-mail and phone contact over this several times, and have been told via e-mail that I would “visualize” my refund soon (this was over 2 months ago)! 118 days is an excessively long time to hold someone’s money after they have returned the product! Also – I had to order the same bag three times simply trying to get one that was free of manufacturing flaws -- and each time my bag arrived WITH FLAWS. The first time there was finish missing from part of the edge of the handle, and it was causing a crack in the handle, the second arrived with crooked and uneven stitching on the front of the bag, and finally the third bag – I am absolutely certain they sent me the SAME EXACT bag I ordered the first time again!!! (Bag #3 has IDENTICAL flaws & unique markings... & bag #1 and #3 were ordered under my account... ((Bag #2 as a guest)) and bag #3 did not have original packaging...) I was told by Furla Customer Service via e-mail that the unapplied finish to the handle is NOT a flaw, as "all Furla bags are checked for flaws before they are sent out". However, unapplied finish on the handle most certainly IS a flaw! I can see the interior leather and fabric that is coated on the entire rest of the edge of the handle! (and bag #2 did not have this flaw!) I received two e-mails from Furla, in which the Customer Service Representative detailed to me that this is not a flaw, but rather "the unique nature of the Furla brand product"!!! They stated that they would not return bag # 3 because it is "not flawed" (according to them). They have badly misstated their own Terms and Conditions! It states in their terms and conditions that I would reveive a product free of flaws and that if there are flaws, that Furla will bring the item into compliance or replace it with one free of flaws!... However, they have refused to do so! I had hoped to be a frequent Furla customer, however I expect quality stitching and correctly applied finish, as a most basic requirement -- and as Furla stands by items that are below this quality -- I will be sure that this will be my LAST purchase from Furla, ever. And at this point -- I don't trust that they will EVER refund my money for the bag I returned. I trusted Furla, but received a below quality item, rude and condescending customer service, and a nightmare return experience - with each and every purchase from Furla! Though I have made several phone calls and had several e-mail communications with Furla's customer service about my refund, I am STILL WAITING (as of April 7, 2021) for my refund for bag #1 (that I returned) at 118 DAYS, and have begun reporting them and I will begin taking legal action to retrieve the refund I am owed soon! I will keep you updated on whether I ever do receive my refund from Furla. Or if they ever repair or exchange my bag (bag #3) with the unapplied edging to the handle. In the mean time, STAY AWAY and save yourself the trouble -- they operate like CONS! I hope that Furla understands that they have turned an initially happy purchasing experience into an absolute nightmare.

Ordered the items on March 24, 2021. After 5 days, on March 29, 2021, they went on sale. The return period is 14 days (customer unfriendly and uncommon in the COVID times). I asked for the price adjustment as it is within the return period but was refused. The explanation was that that was the policy. Emailed them to give my feedback as a customer. Then called them to speak to a company rep and also provide my feedback on this extremely customer unfriendly policy. Instead of a conversation, I was yelled at and schooled that that was a policy and they could not interfere with it. My mother and I used to be long-time customers mostly buying in stores in Europe and loving the quality and styles. First time buying online in the US revealed the company's true values: complete disrespect for their customers. Will never buy anything of this brand again. We are in a place and time where customer is always right. If a company does not understand that it would not have existed but for its customers, it is time for the latter to turn elsewhere and buy from other companies. There are plenty of customer-oriented brands out there. Extremely disappointed and shocked.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Delivery of the item took a month instead of days. Returning it was a completely surreal experience. Furla provides all the documents 3 times, I posted with UPS as instructed and the item came back to me after weeks Being in transit all 3 times!!! And they just reply with the same copy and paste message saying they apologise and will issue the new label to print and post again. More than 3 months have passed now and I still can’t return the item, hense no refund and Furla is taking no responsibility for it. Just terrible, never buy from them!

Oltre un ottimo negozio, il punto forte è la commessa Giaron. Persona eccezionale..Se tutte le commesse fossero come lei, si andrebbe in giro per negozio più volentieri..

Ho acquistato una borsa online. L'articolo è perfetto. Ottima qualità e prezzo giusto. Peccato che la borsa è stata spedita in una scatola di Furla, senza protezione . La scatola è arrivata danneggiata e non la posso più utilizzare per presentare la borsa come regalo. Non mi sembra un packaging all'altezza della ottima reputazione che ha l'azienda Furla in Italia e nel resto del mondo. Forse era meglio pagare per la confezione regalo. Ho contattato il customer service dell'azienda sperando di ricevere almeno una scatola nuova .

I ordered a babylon bag last 28th of Jan I didn’t get confirmation email. So I just said that’s ok maybe email was delayed(goodness me!) so I waited the next day if I will receive but nothing came. I checked my order status it says it wasn’t ship. So I waited but after 2 days still not ship. I contacted their customer service, to my dismay this Lorena the customer service is no help at all. She told me that my payment mode was refused so my order was cancelled. Wow! I didn’t get email at all. The fact that I was billed in my bank account. I have this feeling that I was scammed. My god! I hope I can still cancel the payment and get refund. I highly not recommend doing online shop with Furla

Bought first purchase from Furla in earky January. Charge processed immediately and bag posted 7 days later by express post. UPS messed up as usual and by the 20 January finally started an investigation to find out where the bag was. When I reached out to Furla for help they were so snotty and dismissive I was shocked. Told me to wait 10 days for UPS to investigate. No offer to help. Was so upset at the total lack of empathy. Finally 22 days after paying for the bag it magically arrived. Box really beaten up as goodness knows where it had been. To make matter worse 5 days later Furla just emailed to say they had received confirmation the parcel had arrived. No apology nothing. Just a simple sorry for the delay would have been nice. Don’t buy from them on line. It’s just not worth the grief. They don’t understand customer service and could give a damn for your business.

Ich habe zweimal online bei Furla bestellt. Einmal gefiel mir die Farbe der Tasche nicht so gut, das andere Mal war eine kleine Macke im Leder. Ich habe die Taschen zurückgeschickt und jeweils zwei Tage nach Eingang der Retoure das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen.

I bought a purse a month ago because it was on "sale" almost 200 after 50% plus 25%. I thought it was a renowned brand. I received my purse after 2 weeks and a half... I used it for maybe 3 times when I realized the back part is getting other color... seems like is peeling off with the contact with the clothes. So I tell them about it and they asked me to send pictures and what happened to customer service after 10 days they reply to me saying that there is NOTHING they can do because I exposed it to heat or chemicals!!!! DO NOT waste your money buying their poor quality products it is not worth it!!!!

Ordered thru online (living in Australia) January 14 and have received the item today January 22. Shipping wasnt too bad, As it actually came from Hongkong (???!!!!!?? There are multiple Furla physical stores in Au im not sure why it came from HK) so from HK to AU, 8 days waiting is pretty fast. It came in a box which is good if its to be gifted, I believe it is well padded and packed (wrapped in bubble wrap and with paper tissue) but I am not very happy to find two indented marks at the back side and one side of the bag is bent over. They probably didnt handle the back properly or it must have been like that when they sent it. So im not happy. Such a shame because the bag is lovely. (furla 1927 shoulder bag in cognac). I have yet to discover what customer service would do.

I made an order on December 31, 2020! but I didn't receive my order! ups said my order was lost! the support service answered my letters - what do you decide with ups! they were not even going to help me and ignore my letters asking for a refund for an order that I did not receive! shame on this company !!! write furla on Instagram that there is simply no support service! let them pay attention to what a mess they have in the usa and how disgusting the support staff are! it was my favorite brand of bags and accessories! but from now on I am disappointed in this company and will not buy anything else from them! I have never seen such a bestial attitude towards my clients !! and even more so during the World Crisis and Pandemic, when you need to value every client! once again - shame, shame, shame !!!

Service client horrible. Ils n'ont honte de rien. HEUREUSEMENT que j'ai payé avec Paypal -> je me suis fait remboursé mon sac volé par UPS grâce a Paypal. J'ai essayé de régler le soucis sans litige, mais avec furla c'est impossible de discuter avec des incapables pareils.

I bought two Furla wallets more than a month ago; I returned one immediately because I didn’t like the model; only a week ago I was informed that the refund had been accepted, but I still haven’t seen the wallet money in my bank account. I sent several emails and only got a reply once, telling me to wait. Not an excuse. Very bad customer service.

Заказала мужу на Новый год подарок из четырёх позиций, мне позвонили подтвердив заказ, спустя пару дней звонок заказ отменён. Почему никто ничего не знает, кое как у ничего не знающих оператор узнала : не было одной позиции в наличии и убрали вообще все, как то странно.Хорошо шли что есть, у меня выбора уже особо нет, нет заказ отменён , теперь мол вообще ничего нет, захожу на сайт есть. Вопрос: где мои товары и как можно у вас теперь заказывать это не серьезно, служба поддержки вообще никакая есть с чем сравнить. Время упущено, настроение испорчено, денег нет. Не рекомендую, не серьезный сервис у как мне казалось серьёзной компании. Деньги придут куплю в Louis Vuitton, там так не кидают,

Commande passée fin novembre, suite à une erreur du site je me suis faite prélevée 2 fois (comme je l’ai vu également dans un avis ici!) donc 2x 135€ pile avant les cadeaux Noël je vous laisse imaginer l’énervement, surtout lorsque le service client vous baratine en faisant croire qu’il est impossible d’annuler la commande alors qu’elle n’est même pas expédiée (sans compter sur le fait que j’ai mis + de 16h à recevoir les mails de confirmation de commande, sachant qu’une à été « passée » le samedi et l’autre le dimanche). On me dit donc que je dois refuser le deuxième colis pour oser espérer un remboursement... Enfin bref ! 10 jours passent et le deuxième colis refusé, je me suis décidée de relancer le service client par téléphone et j’ai dû les menacer, bizarrement le lendemain j’ai reçu un mail comme quoi j’allais être remboursée, et le surlendemain l’argent était sur mon compte. Mais ils sont très bien formés au call center pour rester stoïques et ne faire aucun geste commercial sincèrement j’en suis toujours outrée, moi qui travaille dans le commerce, et le LUXE. PS: j’ai aussi omis le fait que sur le site, il était vraiment très mal indiqué qu’il fallait commander un rabat supplémentaire pour le sac. Tout est fait pour tromper le consommateur chez eux !!!!! Bien que les vendeuses à Paris se soient excusées pour les bêtises de leurs confrères italiens et furent d’une amabilité sans faille, leur image de marque est ternie à tout jamais pour moi. Fuyez.

Ho acquistato sul sito Furla uno zaino al Black Friday, mi arriva dopo una settimana e mentre lo provo in casa il lucchetto cade e si rompe...ovviamente da un marchio del genere non mi aspettavo un lucchetto tanto fragile! Provo quindi a contattare il servizio clienti, alla mail non rispondo al telefono manco...li trovo in chat, chiedo gentilmente se fosse possibile avere un altro lucchetto, piuttosto a pagamento perché lo zaino è nuovo! Mi rispondono che posso fare il reso e verrò rimborsata poi sul metodo di pagamento....peccato che lo zaino l'ho acquistato al 70% quindi non potrei più comprarci nulla a prezzo intero. Insomma morale della favola, da un marchio prestigioso e costoso come Furla, che non forniscano assistenza né pezzi di ricambio mi sembra assurdo... Ormai mi tengo lo zaino così, di sicuro non comprerò mai più da loro!

Voto 0. Questa mattina ho ricevuto un pacco dal corriere UPS. Appena lo apro mi accorgo della lieta sorpresa. Il pacco è completamente vuoto, la busta regalo strappata e oltre il danno la beffa: una lettera che ti augura buon natale e una di ringraziamento per aver scelto Furla. Spero di ricevere il rimborso perché non voglio avere più niente a che fare con questa azienda. Vergognoso!!

Absolutely disgusting company I made a return of my first ever purchased product because of a defective lid (it closed on an angle rather than in line with the side of the bag). I had handled it carefully (with gloves) for a matter of only minutes. It was returned by mail the next day and they received it on 10/29/2020 according to tracking. It's been over a month and a half since then (12/17/2020) and I've received 3 excuses for the delay and only otherwise told that it's 'escalated': 1st - "The return was processed and accepted but, because it was AmazonPay, they're having a technical problem with refunding" 2nd - "Due to low sales volume, refunds are being processed slowly" 3rd - Today, they told me that the quality department is stating it showed signs of use and is still being evaluated!!! It had been out of the box for a matter of minutes and returned exactly as-received! They are literally lying! The customer service has been horrendous. They speak over you, they are unapologetic, completely argumentative (while being in the wrong) and condescending! Every one of them! I will never buy from Furla again, which is a shame because I otherwise like the style and materials. Disgusting company. UPDATE: For anyone who isn't aware, apparently Furla USA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month and is undergoing court proceedings currently. This is likely making an already disgusting company to behave even more ugly. UPDATE2: In addition to posting the above review, I today also filed a dispute with my credit card company and with Amazon Pay, which I had fortunately used during the checkout process. One or more of these 3 actions seem to have helped because I just received my refund confirmation e-mail and after being strung along for 6+ weeks and even hung up on, I don't believe it's a coincidence. I highly encourage anyone that's experiencing Furla's fraudulent business practices to file disputes with their payment methods. If they refunded me as they should have nearly 2 months ago, they'd have gained a lifelong customer. Instead, they've turned me away and have encouraged me to share my experience with other potential customers so that they won't have to go through what I did. Good luck everyone.

Their online service is terrible. Ordered my bag more than two weeks ago around Thanksgiving, never received an email confirmation, status still says Not Shipped as of now, haven’t heard a thing back after emailing them, contacted customer service and they all sound very unprofessional and not even try to solve the issue. They said they already escalated my case and still waiting to hear back from ?&(@!/?. basically told me just wait. Haven’t heard any updates since then... I’m just shocked and beyond disappointed. I should have gone here to read others’ reviews about them. What a joke! Shame for a brand like this to treat its customers this way. This would be my first and also last time buying anything from them. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.
