I'm writing this message after two completely useless customer service attempts, which I find completely absurd. On May 25th, I placed two online orders, and paid $18 extra for two different shipments, which in total comes to $36 only because I saw there was a "3 day priority shipping option." I thought I was able to receive the orders before I travel overseas since the items were gifts. On May 27th, I sent a customer service live chat to request to no avail, and the rep suggested to call the customer service number. This call was the most awful customer service call I've had in my lifetime. The rep sounded like he transferred me to his colleague or supervisor. I can hear from the background that people were laughing in the service office, then the phone was muted for a second. The person that picked up sounded like he or she already knew what I was about to say, and explained again that "3 day priority shipping" meant "3 days shipping after they process the order" not within 3 days when the customer placed the order. I said again that this information is very misleading and find it ridiculous. Instead of apologizing, the person nearly shouted at me saying it is my fault that I didn't read it right, and this is not ridiculous! I was so shocked at this attitude from this customer service for such a renowned brand. There was so customer service at all. No solutions were given, but instead I was shouted back! In a global community we are living in, brands like Amazon, T-Mobile etc all provide excellent customer service. Therefore, creating brand loyalty and returning sales as a result. Sorry to say, but this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

Very unprofessional attitude for such a big company. You announced us via email about your online sales yesterday, your website processed the orders and the payments only for you to cancel them a day later without any explanation. If you had a problem with the website you should at least send an appologize email, or a notification that you will not send the orders to us.

I ordered an item that - thanks to UPS's shocking unprofessional behaviour - never arrived. Furla opened an investigation almost 2 months ago, and more than 5 weeks ago they confirmed they would refund me but despite repeated emails I have yet to be reimbursed. Completely unacceptable behaviour, and from other reviews here I'm sorry to see I'm not the only one. I am now considering taking legal action against this company. And I really wish I had checked Furla's shocking customer service record before buying from them. Never again and I will warn everyone I know against making the same mistake.

Hi. Please don't try to buy anything!! I tried to buy a bag on November 2019, it never arrived and after months of negotiations and emails they finally aggred to compensate me. I'm still waiting for my money!! they are totally unreliable and not trustworthy not to mention cons!! I have warned them that I'll take legal action but they probably think that I'm joking. I'm just giving them one more week and then I'm reporting the case to my country's Electronics Crime Police Department.

Worst online purchasing experience ever! ---Is there a choice to choose ZERO star? There is NO sign of 'can not return' when you do the purchasing, and when you do the return process online--only by then you notice --OMG, they dont accept return on this product? So misleading! I am still in the process to communicate with their customer service, I will comment further more of the process!

Le pire site ever. J'ai commandé un sac mimi il y à mtn plus d'un mois et je n'ai touours rien reçu avec marqué comme statut : commande non expédié. Le service client m'envois des mails m'expliquant que le sac va bientot être envoyé blablabla depuis 1 semaine. J'ai donc décidé d'appeler le service client par téléphone et là..... surprise du chef la femme me parle comme si j'étais son pote, à la fin elle m'insulte et me crie dessus. Je n'ai jamais mais au grand jamais vu une marque aussi incompétente. Pour couronner le tout leur site n'est pas sécurisé et je me suis fais piraté ma carte bancaire. Le cadenas google sur les fiches produit n'est pas installé et le site a subis des attaques pirates en juin et novembre 2019. Bref FURLA à éviter!

Très déçu. Utilise le site Veepee pour écouler des sacs non vendu en faisant de la vente mensongère. Je commande un sac Furla noir en cuir grainé (modèle My Piper L). Je reçois avant hier un sac Furla à moitié en cuir grainé, à moitié en cuir à poils... pas du tout ce que je souhaitait et ce modèle n'a d'ailleurs pas été commercialisé en Europe sauf en Pologne. Le montant de la commande était tout de même de plus de 220 euros. Aucun suivi au niveau du service client, impossible d'avoir le responsable de la vente au téléphone. Bref, une honte pour des marques "haut de gamme" comme Furla qui font maintenant de la vente mensongère

I have been a loyal fan of this brand, and my current bag and wallet are both from Furla. Quality wise, I think it is acceptable for the amount paid so far. Was extremely interested to make another purchase but received very rude service from a Furla boutique in Busan, South Korea. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not want to shop with this brand again. You need to teach your salesperson some manners.

I am residing in Denmark. My husband purchased Black Metropolis model 962777 as a birthday present on 29th July 2018 at Furla.com. As it is fine bag, I used it from time to time in some special occasions. After few times of use, I have noticed that the sewing in front just under the lock is gone out. At the beginning of March 2019, seven months after the purchase, I contacted Furla.com. It was not so easy to get in touch with them. At Furla.com, I filled-up their on-line contact form. After some days of not hearing from them, I called their office in Italy. I was given a customer service e-mail address and I can write to them again. I wrote that there has been a factory defect in the sewing of my bag and I enclosed 4 pictures of the defect of my bag. I was told that they couldn’t help me, because all their products are mistake free before shipments. I was very unsatisfied with the handling of my claim, so I contacted their outlet in Copenhagen at Illum Storemagasin. When I presented my bag to the sales lady, she confirmed that the bag is as good as new and that it was obviously a factory defect. Again, she gave an e-mail address where I can write my claim. The Furla outlet in Illum Storemagasin also refused me of my warranty. I have nowhere to go and accepted that I was cheated. I sent my bag to a local leather repairer. After two months, the handle of my bag broke. I returned to the man who sew my bag and I was informed the material used for the handle was not leather, that is why it broke. Furla produces very low quality standard of bags and no warranty is given for your purchase and it is very difficult to contact them.

I purchased two of the same bags from a shop front in Brisbane City and I said to the service person that I may return one of them depending on colour choice.. Nothing was said at that purchase about store policy! I went home, picked the colour I liked and went back within less than 24 hours with the intention of a return but was told NO. I looked up the return policy online and it states that you can return. I pointed this policy out to the service person but she pointed to a very tiny store policy that was not within eye sight that said NO returns if it is a sale item. I pointed out that the items were full priced but she insisted I could only have an exchange not a return. I asked for the area manager of Brisbane to contact me but the service person never passed on my details and no one made contact with me about the issue. The experience was poor, the attitudes cheap and I would recommend that their are plenty of other lovely stores that sell beautiful leather craft that are much nicer. Furla repeats the exact same styles continually only the colours change. I would say that the brand is very generic. Made in Italy doesn't mean good quality. Every Country has there best and worst made within their Country. Italy is no different. I would say that Furla is substandard compared to other brands also made in Italy. I recommend those instead. Below standard in quality and service attitudes.

I have got a really bad experience. I have bought a bag from furla store. Hardly, I have been used for twice or thrice . I saw the leather is taken off. I have taken furla store they refused to repair it or replace it. The lady told me I will chuck into bin for you , if u don’t want to use . Omg !!! I wa surprised.

Had the Furla Metropolis 8 months, top handle broke off. Given the horrific reviews, I'm not wasting my time with useless and unresponsive customer service. First and last Furla bag for me!

Hello, Bad customer service My name is Layla and im a loyal Furla customer who is very disappointed by your Doha franchisee shop at landmark. I bout two items from Doha and both items (shoes and bag) needed some maintenance. Ive apparently approached the shop for assistance, however in both visits they put me down and said cant do anything. Unfortunately non of the A to A brands serviced my requests the same way your representative team. Hope you take my complaint to your consideration.

I purchased two watches from them. One seems to work ok but the other is not working at all. I'm not certain what the issue is but given its a brand new watch it should at least be taken back for repair. I contacted the customer services over the phone twice. The first time the line was closed 30 minutes before their closing time and the second time the lady over the phone said she is working for online customer services only and cannot help me because I made my purchase in-store. She said that she doesn't have a phone number for customer services in-store and I should contact them via email. I said I sent two emails but did not hear back from them and she told me that if they wanted to give me a telephone number they would.. I have now sent 3 emails in total and it has been around 2 weeks since my first email to them. I am very disappointed with the lack of interest in their customers and will certainly never buy anything from them again. I know my rights and given the product they sold is faulty and cannot be used for intended purchase I am entitled to a full refund. If I do not hear from them soon I will have to take this to the Customer Service Ombudsman.

Purchased a bag from Furla Bicester the strap broke I have been trying to resolve since June i have posted back the strap and heard nothing now I have a bag I cant use. I have always admired Furla but not anymore. they don't even have the manners to respond to anything its disgusting

UPDATE 3 August 2019 I wrote to Furla about a Metropolis Flap, which was not locking the clip. I recieved an answer from quality[@]furla[.]com in June. 18 June they told me that the replacement bag was sent to my adress by FedEx and they told me to destroy the broken leather flap with cut or drawing all over it with pen. I cut it and sent them a picture. As of 30 July 2019 I still have NOT recieved neither tracking number nor any info or answer from them. UPDATE: I decided to have a look at the local post station (they have computers only for shipments with tracking number) and they looked for my package and they just gave it to me just like a normal letter - no signature, nothing. Check your local post station which is related to the zip code you gave to Furla.

I have owned six Furla bags over 15 years, and I’ve never had any type of problems with any of them. I actually sold two online, because they were in such great condition, but I wanted to replace them with a different style. They really are well made, and don’t flash the brand name all over the bag like some brands. I cannot comment on the company, because I’ve never had a problem with any of my bags. I have several high end brand handbags, and I do rotate frequently, but I don’t mis-treat them, and always store them in a dust bag. I will continue you purchase Furla, they have some of the best designs and new styles come out often.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I paid more than 500 euros for one bag and after one week, it is broken. They did not reply my email untill I emailed them a few times again. What's the result? They do not send another bag, so there is no way that I can get my Furla fixed!!!!!

Le service client est catastrophique. J'ai insisté par e mail de recevoir une boîte avec le sac parce que cetais un cadeau et ils m'ont confirmer qu'il y aura une boîte de mon sac deux fois par e-mail et à l'arrivée il y avait qu'un petit sac en tissu. Quand j'ai recontacté le service client ces derniers m'ont dis qu'il y avait pas de boîte pour l'achat sur le site ! Alors pourquoi vous me confirmer l'arrivée de la boîte avec le sac ? Beaucoup de mensonges et service incompétents.
