This is the worst experience I have had shopping. I have purchased a bag 3 years ago and one of the sides stiches feel apart very suddenly. I showed it to my extremely competent cobbler who told me the stitching was clearly faulty. I brought it back to a store naively thinking that they would offer me a repair. They told me that because the 2 year warranty had expired I would have to pay for the repair (£130 for a £300 bag!). I emailed the customer service and they will not help with this. So my bag fell apart just after the warranty expired and it is now completely unusable. It means that those bags are only meant to last 2 years. This is extremely disappointing, do NOT buy bags from this brand.

This is my first and will be my last time shopping on Furla's official website. I placed the order and looked forward to the arrival of my package, but when he arrived and opened it, I found that they sent me the wrong package. Gleiche Tasche, 2 x gleicher Fehler. Schließt nicht richtig/rastet nicht richtig ein. Zurückgeschickt, man bekommt Gutschrift und muss neue bestellen. Vom Service Standardmail bekommen mit ,10% Rabatt . 2. Tasche gleicher Fehler, zusätzlich noch Leder verknittert und leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Vermutlich Retourware, bei einer 400€ Tasche sollten sie Retouren zumindest prüfen. Wieder Standardmail vom Service, dieses Mal 15% Rabatt angeboten. Vermutlich haben sie die von mir zurückgesendeten Taschen nicht einmal geprüft, irgendein Kunde wird sie schon behalten. Hab's aufgegeben nach 2 Versuchen, trotz schönem Design

Furla.com can teach you everything you need to do to provide the worst ecommerce and customer service experience. I bought a gift on dec 17th on the website and according to the website if I upgraded the shipping the 3 days shipping i would reveived on the 22nd. However, because they are Furla they take 2-3 business days to process the order so the order was not even process by the 22nd. And the gift I puchased hasn’t arrived and will arrived on the 28th. I even contacted the ecommerce sr director, Alberto Junco via linkedin and he told me not to worry that my order will arrived on time. But they just don’t care. It is a shame. I will not purchase anything else from this site or brand. This is not how luxury brands treat their valued customers.
Sac acheté pr 212€ il y a 1 an, lanière qui s’est cassée, envoyé en réparation puis… perdu ! On a jamais revu ce sac, qui a été livré à un inconnu. Les livreurs gardent les colis pr eux ou bien ne font même pas attention à qui ils livrent le colis. Service client incompétents, ils savent même pas de quoi ils parlent. Impossible de les avoir au tel, échanges uniquement par mails, ça traîne… on y sera encore en 2040, une HORREUR FURLA.

One of the worst experiences was with Furla online as well as in person in South Coast Plaza in CA. I ordered a bag online, and it came with stitching sticking out on both sides of gusseted part of the bag. I called customer service, they told me to send them pictures. No one has ever responded to me. So I sent the bag back. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund. As far as the actual, physical store goes, my husband and I went there once, stood there for a service and no one came. Two co-workers talked to each other and we just stood there until we left. Stay away from this company. Their service and quality do not match they prices.
I am very disappointed with my first and will be the only Furla purchase I will ever have. I bought a bag on Cyber Monday, and after a week, I noticed it dropped its price by USD 100. I reached out to customer service to have the USD 100 difference refunded, but they told me they don't do price match even if it's actually on their same website. They were not helpful with my request to return the item, so I could buy it for the sale price. Wouldn't recommend to buy online at the website furla.com. I feel like it was a scam.

Very bad quality and customer service. I used my handdesinfection and wupti the color of my bag was destroyed. Compare to the quality of bags of Michael kors gets Furla only one star. I ll not recommend Furla at all !!
Il negozio è molto bello e le commesse molto gentili e disponibili, la linea di Furla è molto interessante ma purtroppo non siamo soddisfatti con la qualità. Una pochette babylon rossa acquistata due anni fa si è rovinata appena nei negozi è apparso il gel disinfettante. In qualche modo maneggiando con le mani prima disinfettate la pochette, ha rovinato il colore che si trasferiva sulle mani. Reazione che è accaduta solo con questa pochette di Furla e non con altre di pari valore di altri marchi. Bisogna prestare attenzione perchè non viene menzionato quando si acquista e non viene riconosciuto dalla garanzia di due anni di Furla.
Совершила заказ 08.10.2021, оплатила онлайн. Оператор чуть позже позвонила и подтвердила заказ. Через три дня заказ отменили. Позвонила в службу поддержки сама(!), сказали, что отменили из-за отсутствия позиций в наличии на складе. Отсюда возникает вопрос: как вообще можно тогда подтверждать заказ, не проверив наличие товара??? Даже после этого эти товары на сайте так и продолжают продаваться. Деньги до сих пор так и не вернулись. Попытки получить информацию о факте возврата денежных средств от службы поддержки безуспешны. Что обращениями через форму обратной связи, что через телефонные звонки. Через обратную связь путём обращения на адрес электронной почты вовсе полный игнор, через форму обратной связи был только ответ один раз. Пятый день слышу и вижу одно и тоже, что они отправили мой вопрос в соответствующее подразделение. Видимо, это сложнейшая задача, проверить факт возврата денежных средств на карту! Честно, это полный позор для бренда такого уровня иметь такой отвратительный сервис, когда не следят за наличием выставленного товара на собственном сайте, ещё и деньги во время вернуть не могут. До сих пор жду ответа о факте возврата средств и уж тем более самого возврата средств!!!
We stopped by the Furla Store in South Coast , Ca today and purchased a small pocket wallet for $108. After a visit to another store, we decided to return the wallet. The assistant manager was very very rude and” said next time make sure you want something before you buy it”. I have been a Furla client for more than 25 years and still have many items. Is this the way you treat your customers? I teach customer service at a business school , it’s time to re- educate your employees. Bye Bye Furla.
I purchased sunglasses at the Queen St Mall store in Brisbane and I am an unhappy customer. Why? Because they DO NOT standby there REPUTATION as having high quality goods. My sunglasses were under warranty and they wouldn’t repair the frame.

I purchased my purse 2 month ago and I wore it a month ago. I noticed a tare in the strap and went to the store thinking ok they will just exchange it to me. NO NO, the lady there not the one who made the sale when I purchased it Was very RUDE and she said we will let the repair department know, I still wanted to think she will help. I kept texting them to for updates. finally I get the NOO we can't do anything for you. I asked for the manager to help. Practically he said it's my problem and his company stands behind their trashy quality. Don't waste a penny on this product, Furla brand has no integrity and they can careless about client loyalty.

Feb 18,2022I purchased a bag in Warangah Mall Furla store last year but after a few months, I found It had a quality problem and the lock broke down. I sent it back to the store when Sydney lockdown was lifted. After a long long time, they responded only having different colour of lock to replace. I asked refund or exchange or same colour of new lock. Furla's drama coming in sudden: Drama 1 - they said I used Powerful Force to broke it. All customer's fault. Drama 2 - they let the lock works anyway to pretend they solved the problem. Drama 3 - force me take it back within 14 days. Once I take it back, it will break down again very soon due to the quality issue and without a new lock replace. At that time the warranty is gone and all costs will be on customer's own. Really cheating and unfair for customers.
