ho regalato una borsa Furla alla mia ragazza e dopo 4 mesi in cui l'ha indossata pochissime volte, la borsa presenta molti difetti. questi difetti non sono di usura ma di qualita' del materiale della borsa. l'assistenza del negozio Furla riferisce che l'azienda si è rifiutata di fornire assistenza. vi sembra normale l'assistenza che dite di fornire al cliente? ho la ricevuta di acquisto qualora l'azienda decidesse di porre rimedio a questa situazione. in caso contrario mi rivolgero' alle autorità competenti per accertare se le condizioni della garanzia siano applicabili. spero in un riscontro Aggiornamento 21 maggio L'azienda ha ribadito che a suo avviso si tratta di usura. I recently purchased a backpack from Furla, enticed by their advertised warranty period of 36 months. However, less than a year into owning the product, I noticed significant damage that couldn't be attributed to overuse. Upon reaching out to Furla's customer service department and submitting pictures of the damage, I was met with excuses, brushing off the issue as "normal" wear and tear. This experience has left me deeply disappointed for two main reasons. Firstly, it's evident that Furla items do not uphold the expected durability, failing to last even a reasonable amount of time. Secondly, their customer service department's response fails to honor the warranty promises prominently displayed on their website. It's disheartening to see a brand like Furla not stand behind their products or fulfill the commitments they make to their customers. As a result, I can no longer trust in the quality or integrity of Furla's products or customer service, and I advise others to approach their purchases with caution.

J'ai reçu un sac en cadeau il y 2 ans. Le fermoir est cassé. La garantie est dépassée. Quand je demande à réparer mon sac en voulant payer, on m'indique : pas d'atelier de réparation.... Une honte pour le prix des sacs !

Pessimo di più non si può dire. Ordino una borsa online in offerta e il giorno dopo mi cancellano l'ordine senza preavviso dicendo che il sito non è aggiornato?!? Perdita di tempo! E poi mi rispondono dicendo di scrivere una email al customer care? ! Ma se sono state numerose già le email inviate!!! Mai più!!!!!
Die Handtaschen haben eine miserable Qualität. Bei einer Handtasche ist nach 2-maliger Nutzung der Reißverschluss kaputt, der Kundenservice antwortet lediglich ich könne das selbst reparieren. Bei einer weiteren Handtasche löst sich nach 6 Monaten der Markenname. Auch von diesem Mangel innerhalb der Garantie nimmt sich Furla nichts an und glänzt mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden! Schlechter Kundenservice, Ignoranz bei Reklamationen und schlechte Qualität.

Mi ha fatto lo sconto sullo Zaino tanto desiderato, e ho comprato anche il portafoglio, mi ha fatto la giornata, sono rimasta molto contenta del servizio e dell’accoglienza. After writing a review on this site in January 2024 in regards to my issues with a Furla bag purchase, Furla Customer Care reached out to me this week - 3 months later in regards to my complaint. My issue was that the colour had rubbed off the four bottom corners of my bag after only two uses. As requested, I submitted photographs and the documents of purchase. Within a few days Furla informed me that their Quality Team had reviewed my case and decided that the damage was from usage and not due to a faulty item. I own several high-priced, quality, designer handbags and none of these bags has ever lost colour off the bottom, despite years of usage and always being handled with care. The fact that the colour rubbed off the Furla handbag after I used it twice just confirms that I have an inferior product. The bag has been sitting in my closet in its protective bag for more than a year. I was not looking for the bag to be replaced at this point, but some advice on how I might restore the discoloration would have been helpful. In light of the above, I remain in the ranks of customers who wish they had read reviews of Furla bags BEFORE purchase. Reviews by other dissatisfied customers confirms that complaining to Furla Customer Service is a waste of one’s time and effort.
Ho acquistato una borsa a marchio Furla nemmeno un anno fa e già presenta crepe sulla pelle e intagli sulle cuciture. Ho contattato l'assistenza che dopo dieci giorni mi ha risposto semplicemente che si tratta di usura e che la borsa non è riparabile. Non credo che una borsa di questo tipo possa usurarsi così facilmente e soprattutto da un brand come Furla mi sarei aspettata un'assistenza più efficiente. Non è possibile liquidare un acquirente con due righe senza troppe spiegazioni, mi dispiace ma per la mia esperienza sono poco seri e a questo punto mi viene da dire che la qualità del materiale è piuttosto scadente.
Buona sera, sono andata nel negozio di Verona. Nulla da dire sulle borse che adoro. Ho qualcosa da dire sulla commessa, una cinquantenne mora nemmeno molto elegante che mi ha trattato come fossi una morta di fame. Sono entrata indossando una Furla nuova di palla...senza le chiedessi nulla anzi ero interessata e si giustifica dicendo che i prezzi sono aumentati ecc ...scontrosa e maleducata. L'abito non fa'il monaco cara commessa . Indosso Furla da più di 10 anni e sicuramente nel vostro negozio di Verona non metterò più piede.

Avoid this company's boots at all costs! After half of the season of wearing them, after 10 months of purchase we got some problems with them. First of all, heels had no protection so some of the heel material was worn out. We contacted the store and after some discussions they managed to fix this and added protection on heels. Then after a few days of getting our boots back from the store, the heel of the boot tore off completely. The heels were hollow inside. I was shocked about the quality of Furla boots and at first thought that they were not genuine Furla boots. Because I paid for them 250 eur and for sure did not expected such quality. But later I got answer on email from Furla customer service, that the store where I bought those boots is their authorized reseller. So these were genuine Furla boots. When we got to the store to get my money back, workers ant the store were also shocked about Furla boots quality. Because not only us, but also some woman bought even more expensive Furla boots, and the heel torn off after a few hours walking with them! So in the end I got my money back from the store and I do not have any complaints about the store. But people should know about awful quality of Furla boots. This company is selling it’s awful quality and overpriced products and people should know about it.

I think the policy of not being able to return items that are on sale is a load of crap. If I didn’t like the bag and I want to return it, why can’t I have the right to do so? Then voicing my want of returning then getting an email back from a “professional” company basically telling me to suck it up and enjoy the bag even though, all i want to do is return it. I want my money back, this company doesn’t deserve any of my money. That was my mum’s experience with this company. Furla, you absolutely suck and the way you treat your customers is outrageous. It’s made me upset seeing my mum face your poor return policies. Do better!

May 16,2024Mi è capitato con due borse acquistate in due diversi negozi, di averle usate solo.poche volte e dopo qualche mese di inutilizzo, si sono appiccicate alle loro dust bag , la pelle è tutta rovinata e continuano ad appiccicarsi a qualunque cosa vengano.in contatto... pessimo pessimo pessimo!!! E visti i prezzi sa di truffa!
