Sac acheté en décembre, quelques mois plus tard le cordon pour fermer le sac s'est complètement détérioré. Vu le prix du sac, on s'attend à un minimum de qualité.

UPDATE: I have reached out to them and now they are saying they have lost the returned parcel, when months ago they had told me my return had been accepted. I have never dealt with more unprofessional company. I purchased a bag at the beginning of summer and then decided to return it, as it didn't suit me. The return has been accepted more than a month ago, but I am yet to see my money. I keep reaching out to customer service and they keep telling me they will hurry it along, but still nothing. I am seriously disappointed in their lack of regard.

I bought my Furla bag at the beginning of this year and the belt strap is already broken. I contacted the customer service three times (1st via phone and then twice via mail) and I never received a response! Paying so much money for a bag, you expect it to be of outstanding quality but it's not! However, you should at least be allowed to expect a decent customer service, but NO! I am deeply disappointed and angry as I cannot use by bag any longer if the belt does not get replaced.

Une catastrophe ! Je réceptionne mon sac, je l'utilise même pas 15 jours et la poche intérieur se découd, je le signale au SAV par courriel puisqu'il est impossible de les joindre par téléphone, et la catastrophe. Un manque de professionnalisme d'écoute, on m'envoie uniquement des mails types qui ne répondent pas à ma demande, on m'envoie des mails sans les PJ pour pouvoir retourner l'article. En revanche, j'ai contacté une boutique et je pense me tourner vers eux pour la suite et je ne rachèterai plus du FURLA à ce prix et un service de si mauvaise qualité c'est une honte !!!!

I have problem with my Furla Mimi. I bought it 2 months ago from Sofia,Bulgaria , the shop is MDL Group. And last week when I try to open it, the metal clasp left in my hands. Now I can't open the bag so I can't use it. I went to the store where I bought the bag and they sad that they can't repair it here in Bulgaria and they have to send it back to Italy. And that it would take a long time the bag to be repaired. I have all the documents for the bag ( certificate and receipt).I believed that Furla bags are high quality brand, but now I am very disappointed. I send email to their Customer Service, because I want my bag to be replaced ( obviously it is defective). Now I am waiting for their response..

Bought a bag, payment was authorized thru paypal and in my account the order was confirmed, waiting for shipment. After a week no news. Asked customer service and was indicated there was a problem with your payment. First question, being Furla a premium brand (at least the price of the items indicates so) why is there no message from your side and why the order still appears in my account as ok? Then talked to paypal and they indicated all was fine. These pathetic amateurs then just asked me to order again! Without cancellation of the previous order which would make things complicated once the first order would have been transmitted. Turns out the bag was no longer available. How can you ignore your customers like this?

Very satisfied with the quality, delivery (faster than was expected) and parcel. Ordered bag that was packed in fabric bag with Furla brand logo and a purse (packed in brand box with small fabric bag with Furla logo). Expecting another bag from them with a couple of days.

I purchased a reversible belt which arrived with some sort of malfunction because reversing it has been impossible. I contacted customer service about this multiple times in the past month and they simply don't take my complaint seriously. Following their advice, I also went to a Furla shop, where the assistant couldn't help me whatsoever but agreed with me that it is impossible to reverse the belt without causing permanent damage to it and advised me to contact customer service once again. Customer service in turn has ever since been completely inadequate in resolving my complaint and hasn't even responded to my last email for 12 days now. I will not be purchasing from Furla again - they are plenty of other higher-end alternatives with far more superior service!

UPD: For a lucky "coincidence" Furla return money after a few hours I posted here and on Facebook negative opinion. I could never imagine such a big company will behave as a cheater. I received my parcel in the middle of June, but it didn’t fit and I sent it back on the next day. I have confirmation from UPS that they received it back 1th July. Officially I should get my money back in a 3-5 days, but because of COVID-19 they extended time till 14 days. Problem that after 14 days I still got nothing. I texted a few times in a chat and operators always answered the same: “we will contact you as soon as possible”. I sent a few letters and ten days ago was the answer “we have escalated your request to the related department with the highest priority and as soon as we have a feedback...”, still no answer. Total ignore since that day. Can’t imagine bigger cheaters!

This is one of the worst company with very bad customer service. Bought some bags from them, One was not delivered, they left it for me to chase With UPS who kept giving me conflicting updates, after 3 weeks of chasing it, found out from UPS it was missing. I had to inform Furla the bag was missing. Which at first they didn’t believe, I had to call UPS and while on the phone called Furla with UPS informing Furla it was missing. I was then told in an email from Furla it will take 8 working days for the investigation which they didn’t honour, I kept calling them after the 8 working days and it took almost 16 working days before they finally declare it missing, and it will take another 8-10 business days for them to process refund. I also did some returns which was delivered to them more than 3weeks ago and they are not sure when refund is going to be processed. I am very disappointed with the Company and how they treat Customers. Not a company to deal with

colis retourné et reçu le 17 juin par Furla, toujours en attente de remboursement, aucune date prévue. on me demande de patienter. c'est tout. La loi française prévoit un délai maximum de remboursement de 14 jours...

I orderd a bag a few weeks ago. Now I am waiting to get my money back! The bag is recieved on 24 june. I got a message from UPS. But I never got a message or so from Furla. I really want my money back. I did go to the livechat and wrote to an employee but she left the room or she didn’t answer my questions. I think that’s rude. But anyway I want my money back! If I can’t recieve it I will start a legal process!

If i had read these reviews earlier, i would have not purchased anything from this website. I received the bags today and was very disappointed, took very long time to arrive to start with, both bags were in a bad condition, no boxes, just wrapped with plastic bags, very poorly packaged, one of them was the wrong color, not same as picture, and the other one is a completely different design, looks cheap and old. Furla is a nice brand, but dont buy anything online from Furla's website, they are scam although cheap price not worth the money. Now have to return on my own costs as well. Its a shame whoever is working on this website is ruining Furla's reputation, not sure where senior management is busy with, they need to listen to people. I will never purchase a Furla bag again.

Worst customer service yet... Waiting for weeks for my bag and then when nothing arrived, I called the customer service. Very rude and dismissive staff. After package has gone missing in transit, they refused to issue the refund before official UPS investigation was complete. Who knows how many weeks that will take! Why do I still need to wait for my money back if the issue is between them and UPS? Very disappointing experience and I will not purchase with Furla again.

BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM FURLA So sorry to have to write this. I've recently bought 7 purses from Furla's official online this online site, two of which I disliked when I received them. I returned these 2 and weeks later I am still waiting of the refund Furla promised me had been "successfully processed". But this is NOT why I am complaining. My complaint is that when I called and cyberchatted to ask when I'd receive the money I was owed, I encountered very rude and dismissive staff who promised I would receive a follow-up email and my refunds, neither of which ever happened. It's been weeks, and I am angry at the disrespectful reception from customer service and the failure to follow up. This has soured me on a brand I have loved and spent thousands on—for many years,. I'm thinking bout sending back all my unused purchases —after figuring out how to make sure Ill be properly reimbursed! Legal action will follow.

Achat d’un sac à main en decembre qui s’est abîmé au bout de 10 jours. Nous avons contacté tout de suite le service client. Nous sommes en juin et nous sommes toujours en train de nous battre avec le service client! C’est impossible pour une marque de telle renommée d’avoir un service de si basse qualité !

If i Could give them 0 stars, i would. The worst company and customer service ever. They claim that my order from monday was canceled but when i log in my account it says confirmed. They charged my credit card but dont want to send the item i ordered. Fraudulent company. I filed complaint to ecc, as many other girls who were scamed. Also, they dont even take time to respond to email, they send auto response to everyone. Avoid buying from them!!!!!!
