Aug 29,2015I ordered a Destiny Titan hoodie months ago, and I haven't seen any updates on my order, the status of the order, or shipment confirmation. I've tried contacting them several times, to no avail - the last update I had was back in January, saying the status was in February. After emailing again, I finally got another response in July, saying it would be shipped in the next 7 days. A month later, no hoodie, no item, no response.

Aug 27,2015Ordered a hoodie for my son on July 27th nearly a month ago...still awaiting delivery. No update from the company..no apology...Phoned them last week and they had no idea when to expect the delivery. It appears that the company advertises certain goods for sale and actually has little of no stock to send to the customer.

Aug 24,2015I sent multiple emails to customer support requesting the tracking number on my order that I paid extra for. I never received any emails back. The only email I got was an automated response. It's been over 7 days with no word from them and no arrived product. If (when) the product I ordered arrives. They will never get another order from me. This was ridiculous.

Aug 24,2015Ordered a figurine from the metal gear solid section, for a gift for someone. I was over the moon to find a website that offered such merch and placed an order with them for what I thought was a Solid Snake figurine. I later recieved the parcel to open it up and find it was the wrong item! I looked on the website again to see if I could reorder the figurine to find it was out of stock. I soon rang the company to only be answered by a machine,this confused me, I eventually got through to someone and asked about what could be done and could I even reorder the original figurine as this was the item I wanted but was then told they would never get it back in stock. There was a £10 difference between the two items so I didn't request money back but I was left to settle with the wrong item in the end as I still needed something to do with MGS wrapped up in time. I was told I would be sent out some MGS freebies to make up for not only the wrong order but not being able to get a replacement but only recieved a single mug. I was also later informed that the figurine I had originally ordered was labelled incorrectly on the website and was in fact another character. In regards to customer service the gentleman I spoke to was polite and apologetic. But after my experience and other reiviews I wouldn't trust this company again.

Aug 23,2015I ordered a mystery box on the 15th of August and it is still awaiting shipment. I have tried contacting customer support but they're automated response system is confusing and hard to understand. I would most definitely not recommend this site.

Aug 31,2015So far my experience is awful. The money has been taken but i have no product. I have emailed, I have posted on their Facebook, and i have had no response. I can't seem to sign in to my acct. I don't understand why I am getting no response to my inquiries. Very frustrated.
