I ordered a jumper. When it arrived it was a very different style to what was advertised on the webiste. It was made from a different material and a different style. I processed the return, they did not refund me for months and multiple chasing emails!

I ordered a tshirt before reading all these reviews and now I'm having second thoughts. It's been a week and it is still "awaiting shipment." It doesn't take that long to ship something out. I will give it another week, or I will start a claim to get my money back.

Pre order for Zelda messenger bag placed and paid for in may, for may delivery. This then changed to pre order for july due to stock issues. Still awaiting delivery despite being told stock arrived 2 weeks ago as they are clearing the backlog as far back as February . Will update this review when and if i ever receive this. As promised, i update this review... finally received the bag today,(11/9) almost 4 months after ordering and countless emails. many of which were unanswered. happy to finally have closure but will not be ordering from this company again

Still waiting on product and funny that the reciew came in first before it arrive been 3 weeks now and atill waiting for them to arrive. Plus still waiting on previous order as only part cane through which i thought it a good joke.

I already posted on your Facebook page my anger. I have calmed down but only a little. It is unfair that I can't know where my package is and when it may be shipped. I spent a large amount of money and I want to know where it is. If it hasn't been shipped due to difficulties I want to know that by email. All I want to know is where are the items that I paid for are and when will I get them.

My order status hasn't changed since the 6th August it still says awaiting shipment they then had the audacity to send me another email asking me to review the package I haven't yet received. I contacted gamer heaven to ask where my order was and even requested a refund but got nowhere with it as the phone line always goes to answer phone and no one responds to your Facebook messages or emails I even went as far as writing a letter to them demanding my money back but that will probably fail to get a response. My advice is go elsewhere with your money rather being stung by these crooks. I shall be reporting them to Trading Standards at the first available opportunity.

I understand that you have to ship from Britain or where ever but I don't understand why its still waiting for shipping... Please fix or at least let me know why its raking so long.

I ordered a hoodie that was not on preorder. The web site showed the product was in stock. That was on July 2, 2015. It is August 17, 2015 as I write this review. I contacted Gamer Heaven at the end of July and they assured me that my order would be shipped within 7-10 days. When I heard nothing 2 weeks later I contacted them again and was informed that the hoodie I ordered had not come in yet even though the product showed in stock when I ordered it. It is now a month an a half since I first placed my order and have not heard whether my order has shipped. I do not expect to hear from them anytime soon. I will never order from them again and am strongly considering contacting PayPal to get my money back.

We placed our order almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. According to the website it is in stock. We have emailed and even called England to get a status on it, but they still haven't responded. :(

I have been eyeing some products from this site for myself and to be given as gifts for a great many months and finally decided to give it a chance. I placed a substantial order on July 27th. Within 24 ours the order was listed as 'Awaiting Shipment.' I was very excited, I even purchased a couple of personalized items for a cousin and myself. As of August 4th the items were still listed as 'Awaiting Shipment' so I sent the company a message through their own website. Nothing. On August 13th I sent another message through their website AS WELL AS a message through their Facebook page. I received a response to the FB message about 12 hours later requesting my order number; I responded 30 minutes later. It has now been two more days and nothing. I really don't like posting reviews before receiving an order, but if the other comments on FB are to be used as I guide I very may well not be receiving anything until December or later. If and when I ever receive the items I will be more than happy to post another review as to their quality, but at this time I feel as though this review is necessary given my current level of agitation. I am so very disappointed considering the majority of this order was meant to be a wedding gift I was going to present at the end of this month, August 28th. I placed the order at the end of July with the belief that one month would be sufficient time to receive an order from overseas (from the UK, I live in the US). If this matter was simply not enough time to make a personalized order in time I would not be upset, but this companies lack of communication with myself or other customers (according to FB posts) has left me in a position that makes me seriously reconsider doing business with anyone in the UK in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this ridiculously long review. Be careful with this company and their shipping and communication policies. TL;DR - Money taken, no items received, and little to no communication thus far. It's been three weeks.

I contacted Gamer Heaven about an exchange/return and never got a reply since last year! I contacted them again this year but also never got a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF PRODUCT COULD HAVE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS.

I ordered a batman arkham knight hoody from here on the 28th July and I have still not received it, it has now been nearly 3 weeks so really not happy with this. Everytime I go to check the order status it has not changed from awaiting shipment!!

Good range of products. But fall down at responding to messages. Spoke to a Jake who sorted my order out and it arrived when he said. All I'd say to them is REALLY work on replying to messages and keeping customers updated not just with the message board but with emails and makes it more personal, also sort out your order dispatched setting as my parcel was awaiting dispatch for over a week. Finally LOSE that stupid electronic secratary, just winds people up if non of the extensions are answered, answer the phone or just have a standard voice mail that you have recorded yourself at least seems like your getting somewhere then

Attempted to order the batman jacket from this bunch of clowns in February on 3 separate occasiona i was given different delivery timeframes which turned out to be complete nonsense I called them on 4 occasions on each attempt was told a pack of lies with people claiming to be managers was also told as a FAVOUR to me that they would try to order another size for me which may speed things up though they couldnt promise anything. All in all a complete bunch of scam artists I cant believe trading standards havent shut this bunch of crooks down in closing heres a tip to mark@bay57 who keeps repkling to people telling them to reply with their order numbers, maybe if the people at your company tried running the business properly there wouldnt be so many complaints for you to answer ( no doubt those answers will be a pack of lies too) i eventually managed to get my money back. But i cannot believe your company has the nerve to still be advertising the same products you failed to supply to so many people i just wish there was a minus stars review i could give because 0 stars seems to good for crooks like you.

I ordered the legend of Zelda monopoly and it showed up in less then a week. There were a few dents in the box, probably from shipping, A big crease on one side and a cut on the other. All the pieces are accounted for though, that was my biggest concern, and everything came wrapped in plastic. I would order from here again.
