Nov 12,2019Good fast drivers however why do your drivers always take the longest route. 1 driver actually took me away from my destination which adds at least 5mins on a 7 min journey. No doubt to charge more money. As when I question it they say it's sent from the base.

Nov 12,2019Used this company 3 times to date. First two times were ok but today they took the mickey. Placed my booking at 12.50 (via app) Estimated 10 mins yet no driver dispatched. 1st Driver dispatched with car details and reg at 13.05 Then cancelled.. at 13.07 2nd driver dispatched and cancelled 3rd driver dispatched and cancelled 4th driver dispatched and cancelled 5th driver dispatched and finally turned up 30 - 40 mins from my original booking. I accept drivers come from far, but accepting a job and dropping the job so many times has made me give an honest, and true review about my experience. Having never had this much issue with ANY company before. If you can't take the job.... DON'T ACCEPT THE JOB! UNLESS YOU CAN TURN UP!!! P.S THE ACTUAL DRIVER WHO DID COLLECT ME WAS NICE AND THIS IS NO REVIEW TOWARDS HIMSELF. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE SERVICE OF GO CARZ AND NOT THE GUY WHO DID PICK ME UP.

Nov 11,2019Had 2 taxis today both drivers drove safely, were friendly and on time. I have been let down by other companies before meaning I've missed medical appointments. So i decided to try these based on a recommendation as I had a doctors appointment I couldn't be late for. The call center staff were also helpful and friendly. I'll be using again. Many thanks.

Nov 07,2019I have been using Go Carz for a couple of years now and I cannot find a fault with them. They turn up time, you receive messages advising that they have arrived, the vehicle model, reg and colour is provided so that you know it is your taxi and all the drivers I have had have been friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Nov 06,2019Waiting 15 mins for my taxi and still not here! It showed on the app one was on the way but apparently he cancelled the job! If I was to make a taxi driver wait by that long I would be charged extra. I’m 31weeks pregnant and having to wait in the cold and rain when I’ve prebooked my taxi 2 hours in advance is a joke! Not the first time it’s happened!

Nov 06,2019Taxi was late because it picked up someone else and then cancelled the job. Made a complaint, nothing was done. When checked again, I was told to give them 24-48 hours. Weeks later and nothing happened. Today, we were promised a taxi at 8:35 and by 8:45 nobody had even accepted the job. The service seems to have gone down as they got busier.

Nov 05,2019The only thing you can Trust Go Carz to do is be late I booked a taxi for a 2 mile journey to the train station. I allowed 20 minutes which should have been plenty of time. Unfortunately my taxi was 10 minutes late and I missed the train. Extremely poor service and no apology at any time.

Nov 02,2019Absolute joke. Supposed to picked up at 7pm, car showing on their map, rang them up 20 minutes later and there was no booking! You have one job to do and you can’t even do that. Thanks for making us extremely late. And the funny thing Is, it’s happen twice in 7 days. Never again using this lot.

Nov 01,2019Used for an early surgery appointment pre booked my taxi and driver turned up early driver was polite n chatty for time of morning n got me to hospital in plenty of time but now I allowed drive again but if ever need taxi in future will be sure use go cars

Oct 31,2019Go Carz are a reliable company, they arrive on time and are courteous. The cars are clean and tidy and most of the drivers are polite. One of the drivers in this company was very well mannered and dressed very smartly. He made conversation and showed interest in his customer. He acted professional at all time. Go Carz telephone staff are polite and courteous too and helpful if you have a concern. I would definitely recommend this taxi company to my friends and family.
