I feel this the only way action will be taken the last couple of months oredering a taxi via the app because i pay by card is becoming a joke certain driver NOT all keep no jobing ie rejecting the bid because they only want cash every night this happens.i ordered a taxi at 21.35 lat night 4 dipatched taxi later i finally get one at 22.10 stood out in cold phone call centre told that taxi would be 4 minutes that was taxi number 2 if the divers dont want card jobs then say that at time of employment or dont become a taxi driver as most people nowadays pay by card. I believe its time this company started having stricter policies so that the drivers thatvare good and do a fantastic job are not brought down with all thae bad ones
Great company and efficient service. Telephone operators brill never had a bad experience. Drivers good but have to watch non UK drivers as few try to rip you off.
Our first trip: absolutely lovely driver, everything went OK, the central team/base didn’t pass on our message to the driver about our location but after a quick phone call from him that was sorted. Safe driving, lovely driver. Our return trip: the base was unaware we were a car of over 4, despite sending a van for over 4 people. We had to ring several times on our trip to help them sort this out, the first time we were told not to worry about it and as long as we fit in the car safely then that was ok, then the central base rang our car and said we must ring back to pay the extra fee for a larger car (which we did, no problem). Our third trip - 1.2mile from our local.. the driver said ‘£10.80 please’ which is ridiculous but he said if we had a problem then to ring the base.. so we paid him in cash.. then a few mins later received a ‘£7.50’ text from go carz which had been taken from our card, on top of the £10.80 paid to the driver. We have tried to ring to sort out our issues but have been told to ring back tomorrow midday - awful service, no resolution so far, will never recommend or use again! Over £100 spent on go carz service tonight and treated like rubbish!
Before this trip I was very happy with go cars services and but unfortunately this particular trip, driver was not helpful and bit rude, not at all helpful. I was traveling alone with my small kids to airport and having 2 big luggage and I asked help for him but he denied to help.
Great prompt service but disappointed that the company do not have any drivers with baby car seats or booster cushions .The rating would have been a 5 otherwise

Good for getting from A to B Sadly, most of the cars are old and in serious need of replacing. Be good if you could opt for premium or executive options.
Prem in his Blue Ford was quick and helpful today and very considerate towards my 84 year old mom.
Absolutely useless , got me in trouble with work and the funny thing was they said they were delayed so accepted an half an hour wait and were another half hour late ,
Usually pleased with service but not today. Booked a taxi for 2:10 to Train St to get to airport. Was running a few mins late due to circumstances out of my control and phoned driver to let him know. Would pay late fee if I had to but had an important train to catch. I arrived at pick up point at 2:15 . Driver had clearly decided 5 mins was too long for him to wait and had driven off, leaving me without a taxi to Train Station. Fortunately head office responded promptly to my phone call to send another taxi which , luckily, happened to be close by In my opinion the first driver’s action is unacceptable - especially when the customer explains situation and apologises directly. Very disappointed in Go Carz service; their employees who drive off, leaving customers stranded, should receive direct feedback about this
Extremely bad experiences always! The taxis take extremely long and they overcharge. Today I was taken to the wrong destination and missed my train to work when I called to explain the matter I was spoken with extreme disrespect and the lady was undoubtedly rude. I was told I couldn’t have a refund and also I could use their services again (not that I would)! Eventually I got put through to the manager I was issued a full refund after a 25mins unreasonable phone call and a late start to work!
