Oct 02,2019I used the service today via the app. The journey was quoted as £8.50; however, two payments have been taken from my account. 1 for the quoted price and a second payment of £1.01. No details of the extra charge in the App, called the telephone number and it cut off when attempted to connect me to an operator. Very far from happy.

Sep 30,2019Booked a car for the end of a wedding at midnight, original fare £11. Called at 12.03am to be told our taxi was another 15 minutes away. Called at 12.23am when it had not arrived and was told another 15 minutes. Called at 12.49am when it still had not arrived to be told the driver had listed us as no-shows. Asked them to send another car, which arrived promptly but with a £29.70 fare. Called at 1.00am and was told this was a new job as their GPS showed the driver had been there. Got out the car and ordered an Uber, which is what you and anyone in the area should do instead. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these charlatans for anything.

Sep 28,2019Not happy with the service received today, booked a taxi at 2:40pm, the taxi arrived to pick me up 1 hour and a half later. Driver didn't apologise and every time I rang up to see where the taxi was, the operator would hang up on me. When I checked the Go Carz app, it said the driver was "6 minutes away" yet they were at the other side of town and weren't "6 minutes away" at all. To top it all off the driver then dropped me off at the wrong house. For the first time going with Go Carz, it was a very disappointing service and I won't be travelling with them again.

Sep 26,2019So so so annoyed and disappointed tonight. Regular customer... booked taxi in advance... I was told *I* cancelled it and then had to try and rebook 8 times because I couldn't get through. Weh I did I was told the person I spoke to didn't exist. So now they are treating loyal customers like numpties. Fuming === Since this review, they have improved a lot and gave me vouchers so in the end, I am happy with their response

Sep 26,2019Incredibly helpful and friendly cab driver today who got me safely to the train station after 8 different Uber drivers had let me down meaning I was potentially going to miss my train. Kamram was a really friendly and competent driver who made the experience very pleasant

Sep 24,2019Disgustingly 30 mins late missed train to the airport next one is an hour im furious how can you be 30mins late, its torrential rain and we have a 3 year old with us disgusting should have took us to bham train station for the issues they created

Oct 11,2019Called for a taxi from New Cross Hospital, they said it would arrive in 10 minutes, and it did. Had a text message with details of car etc. Car clean, comfortable drive home
