I understand Lizanne and Sebastian are moving on to pastures new. Throughout all my dealings with them and their team at HAUS, the service I received was truly exceptional. There was the cladding disaster, covid and the energy hike. Also presumably many other issues out of their control that have to be dealt with in the course of managing big blocks of flats. I want to thank them and wish them all the best for the future.

Had a problem with our Sky HD signal that had been a problem for some time. Nicole Harris was managing my ticket and arranged a time and date for an engineer to visit after some back and forth with the engineering company to find a date that would suit us. The enginner was great and found the issue and fixed it that day.

Haus Block Managment have been great. A few years ago we moved across to Haus and they are far better then the previous Managment companies. Excellent response time, better organised , accessible platform (could do with some updates and improvements with an easier interface) however is more for feedback. The team is terrific and w have been very happy with them.

Haus Block Management - Nicole Harris We recently moved into a block managed by Haus. We have found the various systems involved quite complex and sometimes confusing but Nicole has been happy to reply to my various queries quickly and patiently. It's been great to be able to contact her (both through the portal and directly) to get help.

There have been some issues with lifts , parking and bins since I moved in . However the response I received from Haus staff has been positive and polite and I believe do their best to resolve problems . One lady in particular , Genevieve Williams is an excellent ambassador in customer services for this company . A very understanding and thoughtful person who did her best to help me with my queries or direct them to someone who could help.

They are NOT good at keeping a track of expenditure on our development. In the last week we have received an additional demand for extra expenditure in 2022. The is almost 100% more then what we have paid per year for the last 15 years, but it has come without any warning and is for 2 years ago. They have no clear business process for tracking the estate costs, nor do they warn residents of potential overspend. The demand we received didn't come with any backup. We had to demand it and it really isn't very clear. They are also very dismissive when you challenge their practices. Watch out for their portal. They do not manage this well and history seems to get delated!!! Overall really not happy with this management company

This is to report the excellent service I received this week from Genavieve Williams. I had a problem accessing the HAUS portal, despite having used it regularly in the past. A few other individuals attempted to resolve the issue but were unable to do so and the issue was escalated up to Genavieve. She understood the problem completely and resolved it very quickly. Many thanks to her.

Over the last months I have dealt with Laura Louise Hales who is the property manager at Haus. The building where I own a flat has been in works over many months. I have contacted Laura many times and at all times she has been helpful and constructive giving me up to date information which has been extremely valuable and beneficial. She has a very good team and under her management you get correct answers to your questions. Haus have a great asset in Laura.

Venice at Haus is an absolute credit to the company and has restored our faith in management companies. We switched from the notoriously awful FirstPort management company to Haus and the results are night and day. Venice is reliable, dependable, genuine and ensures that the directors and residents of our block are aware of all updates and spends. I would recommend Haus and particularly the amazing Venice to anyone looking for a genuinely hard working and high delivering management company.

As building directors we sourced a new building management company after being totally unsatisfied with our previous one. We researched and decided on Haus. From day one they have proven to be thorough, courteous and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless handover. Venice looks after our account and is super efficient, polite and friendly. We totally recommend Haus and Venice is a legend!

I am writing from a building that has been managed since mid 2024 by Venice, with Astin assisting. Both of these individuals (albeit minimal interaction with Astin) have been exemplary. Venice (with support from Astin) have managed to create a fantastic level of management and oversight over the building, taking the time to handle all of the queries and requests from the building and communicating effectively with the building resulting in positive results and a pleasure to have the building managed by a fantastic set of individuals. It must also be noted that interactions with other departments of the business have also been informative and helpful in providing relevant information. Overall Haus have been a remarkably positive change from the previous management, and continue to be a helpful and efficient in managing the building

I'm a property manager who dealt with Haus on a block management issue that long standing. Chelsea Jenkins communication was excellent and she pushed the issue over the line.

Dangerously incompetent. Thank goodness we have now changed property managers, but it will take some time to fix the mess Haus has left.

Overall my experience with HAUS has been good! Some agents are really good and responsive, and others might take a couple of chases to get a respond. But is the majority that are proactive and solve your questions promptly.

As new to the building I was very confused about the invoicing breakdown and couldn't understand my balance. Haus had not sent an explanation about it (didn't specify there were two separate accounts, one for the estate one for the building). After a few calls and emails I was lucky enough to talk with Carmelita that run me thorugh the whole process, explained where to find both accounts on the portal and we got to the bottom of the problem.Thank you! 4 stars only as Haus didn't make this easy but 5 stars to Carmelita that was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable.

Haus block management took over management of our building 2 year back and have been very effective in fixing lots of issues. Eddie and Ethan are very responsive and professional and it’s been a major improvement for all the residents having Haus managing the building.
