5 stars to Mereyke Olsson in the credit control dept Felicia Naikin they are excellent. Always helpful, professional, swift responses and help me resolve any issues to the best of their ability. Thank you ladies. 1 star overall due to management Broken door It took a month in Oct 24 to fix the blocks external door that had its handle coming off and wouldn't close properly. It was repaired but poorly gluing on the same handle and was coming apart again within a week and fell off 2 weeks later. When I raised concerns to safety with door not closing again it was pointed out that people leave the door on latch and this also affects safety. Eventually a new external handle was glued on. Never any communication that this was done I am glad its fixed it doesnt look great. Oct 2024 - Ongoing Waiting for an update on when the abandoned bikes will be removed off the end car park after 3 years. Not enough space to lock bikes. Flooding ongoing under bridge. Lights out in the block for 5 days before fixed and this felt unsafe and cleaner wasn't able to clean. Window cleaning is frequent. Brushes with water only on the glass so the sills and surround arent scrubbed and gather algae and dirt

I've had a few long running issues with my account, that required feedback from various people in various roles throughout Haus in order to sort. In the end it was Mereyke Olsson in the credit control dept. who helped me resolve these issues. I very much appreciate her time and effort, especially given that the issues did not stem from her dept.
