May 16,2024Daniel Winslow was my solicitor for a property investment to complete a freehold purchase and he was everything you want in a solicitor. He was straightforward, friendly, calm, efficient and attentive. He didn't make a meal of it like some solicitors, which leads to excessive costs, but did exactly what he needed to do – no more and no less. I found him extremely easy to work with and would highly recommend him.

I was personally recommended to speak with Daniel at Healy's and needed a solicitor who would prioritise everything to make sure we got my lease extended on time. Every email was replied to instantly. Chasing for completion was done fast and effectively. Everything was professional and what you need to happen. I am already using their services again simply down to an utterly brilliant experience. MONEY WELL WORTH IT.

We would send them pages and pages of questions, and without fail, they would respond to them all quickly and with great attention and care. Dominika’s approach is extremely thorough and considerate. Her guidance and expertise throughout both our sale and purchase has been first class, especially during the more challenging moments of the process. Dominika also did a fantastic job of managing the corresponding solicitors, estate agents and relevant managing agents/freeholders. She conducts her work with aplomb, and was always conscious to keep good communication and distill complex matters in layman’s terms. Her solutions-focused attitude was highly valued and time and again she allayed fears and doubts and always kept positive. John provided me sound advise especially when the initial property I was intending to purchase was not progressing, and things started feeling a little off. I really appreciate John's thoroughness in the process and investigations carried out, as well as his patience in clarifying any queries I had. Saira took on my case in the middle of the process after the departure of my previous solicitor, and she was quickly on boarded my case and efficiently handled all the queries with the sellers solicitors/agents and as a result my case was completed on time with no delay. During the process, Saira had been very friendly and patiently answered all my questions and indeed made the difficult process a lot easier for me. Daniel Winslow and Nusrat Kamal were especially helpful in getting my lease extension across the line. despite the transaction taking far longer than anyone had anticipated (for reasons outside of their control). I would recommend Healys to anyone looking for property related advice in the UK.
