Mar 27,2024We used Healy's to buy our first flat, Amit & Ferris were wonderful and made the process super easy and we felt very supported. We felt they were on our side through the whole process and really explained everything as we were clueless about the process. Also shout out to Aurela for sorting other documents for us so quickly and easily. We will definitely be using Healy's again, our Estate Agent also said after this experience they were going to recommend Healy's to their clients as well!

Mar 25,2024I had a difficult sale of a leasehold property. That took over a year to complete. The buyer changed solicitor 3 times. I changed my solicitor once, due to relationship and managing agent have broken done. I was introduced to John Hill of Healys by my estate agent. John and his team delivered a First class performance. I was kept informed and my enquiries were answered in a timely fashion. He and his team were able to deal with difficult managing agents. communications by post , email and phone were dealt with effectivley. where phone calls could not be recieved, I was called back in a timely fashion. I found no fault with the service they provided for me and could not think of any improvements. Hence 5 stars.

Mar 25,2024I used Dominika Bullegas to sell a flat and buy a house. It was a slightly complicated transaction because of unusual elements at both, but she was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again. The best thing about her was she was happy to answer "what would you do if you were in my shoes?" type-questions. I think this is the difference between paying for a proper solicitor and using a conveyancer - or maybe she's just an especially helpful one - but that was worth its weight in gold.

Mar 16,2024Legal work done smoothly and professionally. I do not know how other lawyers/conveyancers compare but I have heard many stories about unresponsive lawyers but Healy's responded quickly to my questions. I also had fairly straightforward purchase where nothing untoward arose. Four stars because few things here and there could be smoother, e.g. clearer instructions on what is needed for the ID verification app (turns out I could skip some parts), names of documents should match the names given in summary/explanation of documents, found (minor) typo in one or two places.

As it was my first time selling a house and being unaware of all the intricacies of English law, she guided me step by step, providing consistently prompt and precise answers, and giving me assurance and confidence. I am very very satisfied, and if there is another opportunity, I will not hesitate to go directly to her without wasting time researching and requesting quotes from other conveyors.

Feb 22,2024I used Healys to extend a lease for a flat. From the start, Dan was clear, and explained exactly how the process would work. Every time I had a question he answered carefully and responded so quickly - I was never made to feel that any query wasn’t important. Legal work can be stressful and having Dan in your corner makes it far less so. If all Dan’s colleagues offer the same kind of service, I would not hesitate to recommend Healys - he was outstanding.

Engaging their services is akin to deliberately sabotaging your own interests. Should you find yourself unfortunate enough to be dealing with an opponent who's enlisted them, brace yourself for an onslaught of frustrating and costly delays. Consider yourself forewarned! Beware!
