Despite some setbacks and that I needed some re-assurance personally, their expertise and patience carried the day and has left me in possession of a wonderful property, within time and budget. Would highly recommend.

Jun 21,2021This is a follow up review now that I have been dealing with the owner of Healys LLP Not sure where to start really, after 2 years and many thousands of pounds just trying to kick off some litigation Healys have proven to be the biggest waste of time and money out of the dozen or so solicitors I have used for various business litigation. After waiting weeks or months for replies to emails from DB, asking why I continue to be billed without showing me what was being done I pulled the plug. The first email response was to tell me I still owed them money, but they will not send me the invoice or tell me what they did but insist that I pay them or they will hold my files hostage. After over 2 months they refused my official request for my personal information, so I have reported them to the ICO. After wasting another 2 months going back and forth with the owner JH, I am no further along and am now spending my time filling in online reviews in the hopes that anyone else looking to use their services avoids them as they are unethical and will bill you whatever they want whenever they want and look down their noses at you when you question anything they do. Look elsewhere, plenty of firms with better communication and billing practices.

Jun 07,2021I searched online for solicitors who could assist with me as a landlord as I had received a Section 42 Notice from the leaseholder. I received a reply from Daniel Winslow and the contents of his response put my mind at rest that I had found the right solicitor and firm . Through the process I received sound advice on steps to take and the options to consider based on any decision I wanted to follow. He was always available to answer my many questions and would prompt me for a response so that we did not miss timelines. The matter was therefore concluded in good time and I would be happy to recommend Daniel Winslow.

Jun 03,2021I dealt with Mr Joseph Hall who acted for a bridging lender, providing a loan facility to my client. As a solicitor who deals with bridging lender's solicitors on a regular basis, Joe was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly prompt, only asked reasonable questions (which is a rarity for bridging lender's solicitors) and nothing was "jumped" on us at the last minute, which again is often the case. As a matter of course, I would not leave reviews for my peers as the relationship is strictly professional, but Joe is an exception and someone I would happily deal with again on both a personal and professional basis. Healys - don't lose him!

May 24,2021We first used Healys as our solicitor to deal with the legal staff when we bought our property. They have always communicated sufficiently with us and dealt with our case efficiently. Due to the excellent service they have provided us, we decided to use them as our solicitor again when we extended the lease of our flat years later. The communication was as smooth as before that they provided us sufficient legal advice on our case, updated us with the progress of the case and answered our questions in a timely manner. They charged fair fees on both of the cases. We were very happy with their service and would like to recommend them.
