Aug 15,2021I have used Healys twice. Once when purchasing our flat in 2019, and again more recently when purchasing a share of the freehold. In both cases Healys were professional and effecient. Emails were always responded to very quickly, and I felt very in control of the process in both times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Aug 10,2021I am giving four stars because at the end it was quick. Nagesh helped me a lot and helped smooth out the process. But I have to say before that it was two stars because it was just so slow and disoganised.

Jul 31,2021Daniel assisted with a leasehold extension and was competent and professional throughout. He was very helpful throughout the process, replying promptly and led the engagement successfully. I would happily use him/Healys again. Potentially Healys could have been a bit more proactive with chasing the counter-party initially but this was adjusted when it became obvious that the counter-party was slow to reply and needed frequent chasing.

My mind was put at ease, all my questions were answered and dealt with quickly. Both made the whole process completely stress free for me. I do not hesitate in recommending Healy's to anyone. They were superb!

Jul 29,2021The service I recieved was second to none. Kiri Kkoshi our solicitor was excellent! She was available and responsed immediately to any queries and was ever so thorough in her reports and knowledge when explaining matters, which could be quite overwhelming at times and often seemed quite complicated to me. However, she was extremely patient and explained things in simple terms for me, where needed, and was extremely amenable. Nothing seemed too much of a query and she gave me her utmost time and care. Marianna, her paralegal, was also the same. Marianna's responses to any emails and queries were ever so quick and detailed where needed and it seemed they made an excellent working team. She did her very best to communicate with me, update me and aid me in the purchase of my property throughout. They both made me feel like my purchase/case was important, consistently keeping me updated, when I'm sure I was one of extremely many, in times of unprecedented workload with the stamp duty holiday deadline looming. I wouldn't hesitate to use Healys again or recommend them to others. Thanks ever so much to both for such professionalism and support in this matter. I'm sure if you hire this team, you won't be disappointed. 5*

Jul 27,2021I instructed Healys on a conveyancing and was very impressed with Tracey Cipolla and Saira Ahmed's work on the matter. Tracey was very responsive and comprehensive, and we managed to complete within just over a month, before the stamp duty holiday deadline passed, despite it being an extremely busy period across the industry.

Our solicitor Tracey Cipolla was extremely efficient and hard working, working weekends and evenings to ensure that the sale went through by the deadline set. Her responses were usually fast and clear. We were grateful to have her on our side throughout the stressful process and were very happy with the service provided.

Jul 23,2021It is with regret that I find myself having to write this review. Previously I have written a good review for Healys and I have dealt with Kiri Kkoshi for many year and I can not recommend her highly enough. The same for Robert Johnston. I asked Nicolas Taylor in Healys litigation department to help us with an issue our company (Dio Davies Limited) had with a French company that were threatening to Sue the company. We employed Nicolas as he advised us that he was able to deal with this matter and subsequently wrote a letter to the French solicitors. No response was received and Nicolas informed us that he had dealt with the matter. Subsequently we received further correspondence for a law sue of a large amount and His response was to tell us that we needed a French solicitor, has he done this in the first place this matter could have been resolved very quickly. I have not gone into to much detail as the case is on going as is my complaint to the ombudsman. Suffice to say that we made a formal to Nicolas and he responded within the seven days as promised. We did not agree with his response and were told to contact Mr Healys. I emails John Healy numerous times and did not receive a reply to any of my emails. I did receive a return to one of my phone calls and he said he had not had time to read the documents. Having still not received a reply after six weeks we had no choice but to contact the ombudsman who is now investigating the matter. I feel very upset and aggrieved by John Healy lack of communication and clearly they do no believe I am a valued client who has loyally used their services for over 20 years. The way they have acted is very unprofessional and is clearly not in line with their own complaints policy not that of the law society.

Jul 20,2021I found my solicitor, Daniel Winslow, so exceptionally efficient and knowledgeable; he was absolutely a step ahead at every moment. This made what could have been a potentially stressful time very easy, as I felt he truly had my best intentions at heart. His communication was rapid and friendly, and his immense expertise was clearly evident. All costs were advised upfront, and adhered to, ensuring no surprise final bill. I would absolutely recommend Healys, and am so very pleased with what they were able to achieve for me.

He was extremely organized and professional, ensured that all deadlines were met and all paperwork was in good order. I was also very pleased with the level of communication and timeliness of response to any questions. I would highly recommend Mr. Jain in particular and the entire Healys staff which I have dealt with. I will certainly use them in the future for any further immigration matters.

Jul 13,2021Daniel Winslow is a partner at Healys specializing in property litigation and dispute resolution. He dealt with the lease extension of my flat and also with the buyback of the same flat. He and his team have been very dedicated and understanding of my case, because I have faced a traumatic experience involving legal action from the Housing Association. He ensured that the buyback was completed even before the deadline so that I could obtain a compensation and move on from the awful circumstances. He also dealt with the lease extension of the same flat, which was initially straight forward but also later had to be declared null and void because of the evacuation and potential demolition of the block. He has always been reassuring and super efficient and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Daniel was efficient as well as patient and most importantly kept up regular, polite email communication with us so no chasing was required as we knew where we were up to and what to expect with each step of the process.
