Healy’s provided a good-value and clear fee quote and ensured that the process was smooth and on time. There was good communication and care from start to finish. I would use Healy’s again.

Jul 17,2024I had an extremely disappointing experience with Healys Solicitors regarding a party wall matter. Despite paying £1020 for their services, they failed to carry out the work as promised, after chasing them up for weeks. The firm showed a complete lack of interest in my case and did not provide the help I needed. Their actions not only delayed the resolution of my party wall issue but also sabotaged my own interests. When they finally informed me that it was too late to proceed after they had received my money of £1020, it was a matter that could have been communicated in a single sentence from the beginning as the solicitor was fully aware of the amount of time from the start. Additionally, after contacting them to request a refund, the Solictor sent me a threatening letter stating that they would take legal proceedings against me ,and an injunction should I write a review. Despite this intimidation, I believe I have the right to share my honest experience. It’s free speech ! I feel its important to share my full experience because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did and waste money for nothing. Upon looking at other reviews across the internet, I noticed a number of other clients have posted reviews and had a similar experiences, with this firm Healys solicitors indicating a pattern of unprofessional conduct and greed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal assistance.
