Its safe to say that their quality hasnt changed, Aljosa (Al) and the team were very thorough and detailed as expected, ensuring that they unearthered any issues that might affect us, i would highly reccomend them to anyone purchasing a property.

Sep 04,2024Amit and Ferris did a fantastic job for us on our leasehold flat sale with building safety act requirements. We were recommended Healys by our estate agent due to their expertise in this area. Normally we would be suspicious to go with estate agent recommendations as you know they are getting some commission so might not be impartial but reading the positive reviews we decided it was worth it, and knowing that due to cladding works etc our sale was somewhat precarious we didn’t want our choice of solicitor to be the thing that made it fall through. They were a fair bit more expensive than other quotes we got (maybe 1/3 more) but I honestly feel it was worth every penny. They were so incredibly responsive, quick to action our requests, dealt amazingly with the buyer’s solicitor, they spotted things that the buyers solicitor did not, kept us constantly in the loop etc. When we purchased our flat we used a cheaper solicitor and it was worlds apart in terms of experience and caused us so much stress feeling like we were the ones having to constantly chase and not knowing if they were genuinely watching out for any issues for us. We are hoping to buy again soon and will hope Amit has space in his case load for us again!
