Jan 31,2020I have never had a problem with Hireup, I have some wonderful support workers that I have found through this agency. Furthermore anytime I have had an issue or question there has never been a problem contacting Hireup and they have always been able to answer or address my inquiry.

Jan 31,2020When my regular workers are not available I am not able to source a competent support worker in my area. I believe that this is due to my son having behaviours of concern. I think that most of the workers in hireup are looking for an “easy shift “ and think my son may be “too hard” without giving him a chance. I brought my own competent workers to hireup on the recommendation of my ndis support coordinator for ease of booking and pay. I have not found hireup helpful with anything else

Jan 31,2020I particularly like that we were able to look at a profile before we met our support worker. It’s a perfect match! My son adores his support worker. Hireup is so easy to work with. Without a doubt the most professional and supportive agency I have worked with.

Jan 31,2020My only trouble with the service is the lack of qualified support workers willing to provide services to my wife. Of the 100+ support workers I messaged a great percentage never replied, some replied & stated they were unable to assist, some replied & when I sent them a copy of the routine some again replied & some I never heard from. We currently have 3 support workers through Hireup 2 of which joined to continue working with Ronda, so have been only been able to source 1 support worker from the Hireup pool.

Jan 31,2020Very happy with the service. Support Workers we use are great, having choice to get exactly the person we want is very valuable. Hireup platform is also very well priced and Invoicing etc is well done- no issues.

Jan 31,2020Hireup is great. It’s easy to use and it gives choice and control to the users. The rates are also lower than agencies that provide support workers so my NDIS funding goes further. The staff at Hireup are very helpful too.

Jan 31,2020I enjoy how easy it is to see what jobs are around and to find out a little more about potential clients and what they’re looking for. I don’t like how much the person needing support is charged and I feel the cut taken by hire up should be smaller. I would appreciate if on the profile for people seeking support the areas to talk about what their disability is and Who they are as a person were separate. I was unimpressed that when I signed up, there was no mandatory training. I am glad this has since been addressed and I found the mandatory modules quite helpful and well done. Overall, I like the flexibility and choice hireup gives but I feel the platform could still be improved.
