First time in 40 odd years I have had to make a claim on anything and wasn't sure how it would go. Need not have worried at all, the service and professionalism from John was first class.

Efficient service from start to finish. Didn’t use the company’s contractors and arranged for quotes independently. Cheryl was very quick with responses and accommodating, no issues and funds received within expectation.
If I could give no stars I would. If your insurance company uses this company please refuse and ask for another company. The surveyor came out to inspect the damage and told me I would get all my internal damage covered after water ingress due to storm damage. He even showed me the lloyds bank criteria on his mobile phone that he had to tick off telling me I matched all the criteria. The next day he called me on my mobile phone to say he had changed his mind and would be contacting his office to say nothing was covered apart from stain stop for the ceiling!!!. He then denied ever saying that I was covered. This company will avoid paying out at all costs, absolutely abhorrent.

Yes the customer service was quick at getting in touch to arrange the surveyor visit but that’s when it went downhill 👎 I made a complaint regarding him , he was so unprofessional and sarcastic in his comments regarding my damaged roof implying that 49mph winds were not the cause 🤷♂️ Hence my claim dismissed so that’s me finding another company and not renewing my policy.

Very impressed from start to finish. Professional, friendly and efficient. Getting the quote and all the follow up calls were easy - no having to chase anything or wonder what was happening. The roofing company that was recommended was excellent. Did a really good job and made me feel comfortable in my own home as they worked - and that's not always the case. Very pleased with the service and quality of work.
