Fantastic service. Highly recommend. My agent, John Arundale, dealt with my claim for a damaged carport and ensured this was dealt with and sorted incredibly quickly. He was extremely professional, efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. So often people promise to reply but never do but John was fantastic. Very grateful for his help.

The inspection of the very clear and obvious damage from storm Babot consisted of a camera on a stick and the surveyor claiming that he had been told there was only 14mm of rain, so it's unlikely to be storm damage, but he would send in the report anyway. Usually I wouldn't write a review until the end, but i complained on email over 3 days ago and got no response. I then complained to Aviva who said to complain to HRNL (clearly they didn't bother readiling my complaint that clearly said i'd already done that with no response!) The impact from storm babot (damage at the very height on the 20th) is clear and undeniable and the inspection of my home was very brief. Based on what we were told during the inspection the outcome must have been pre-determined when the inspector says 14mm of rain (Met office says 85mm) Seems like writing a bad review is the only way of getting any response.

The whole process of claiming for my conservatory roof which was damaged through extreme weather was easy and the money was received promptly. I was able to use a roofer of my choice which for me was positive. The agent I spoke to, Cheryl Myskiw, was excellent, I could not fault her in any way. She explained the process very well and was always prompt in replying to emails.

Total shambles and complete incompetents takes months to get things sorted and still awaiting completion from a claim in June 23 now October and still waiting on a window which we'll be lucky to get replaced before Christmas steer clear and avoid.

First time we have made a claim on our buildings insurance. Although the damage occurred several months ago we only found it when cleaning our conservatory roof. After supplying video evidence of the initial hail storm and up to date pictures our claim was handled very quickly. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Claim was handled extremely effectively and I had very good communications with my claims handlers. Luckily I was able to cancel the insurance claim as teh cost was not so big. Again HRN handled the cancellation with the insurance company. All in all a very good experience.

A first class service from Cheryl and John. I called them as my front door looked as though someone had tried to break in, as there were deep cracks in the door around the glass. After submitting photos to John he advised me to go back to my supplier as it looked like a defect in the door. I now have confirmation that my supplier will replace the door. Thank you John for saving me my excess charge for a claim.

I was almost not going to claim but the cost of the damage caused gave me no choice . But it was painless and easy thanks to Cheryl Myskiw for absolutely first class support with my claim. The communication was very clear, easy to fill out claim form and attaching pictures was easy too. The follow up e mails were very timely as well as the settlement of the costs.

I have been dealing with this company since submitting my claim in June ( it's now October ) . I am forever dealing with inexperienced people who say " they understand " my situation and promise to call back - they never do and clearly have no understanding. I have to be rehomed for a number of weeks as the floor needs replacing in my flat, I am an older person with mobility issues and life has been on hold for 3 months already, and I still don't have a date when they wish to start work . I have now contacted the builders directly and should have a result within the week. Why Aviva use this company is beyond me.

I only have praise for Home Repair Network Limited. My Initial contact was John Arundale, was was extremely helpful with the information needed to process the claim, very polite and professional. Very happy with the prompt speed of processing the claim which speeded up the repair. I highly recommend this company.

Really quick same day service to secure the damaged area and make things safe. Full replacement sorted very quickly and the from customer service to trade contractor service was excellent.
