Terrible. My insurance company uses them as a 3rd party to deal with an agreed claim. Slow (took 3 months to organise a roof tile repair), and telephone conversations are dealt with rudely and aggressively. They also make assumptions without clarifying things first with the insurers. The assessor employed to site visit was rude, discourteous and arrogant with no obvious training in customer interface. I will now change insurers, a criteria for my next insurers being that they do not use this company in the unfortunate event of one having to make a claim.
Assigned as assessor for storm damage on Sunday, still not contacted me by following Friday despite many requests. Shed contents now ruined.

Mar 07,2022Totally awful. Why do insurance companies use them. They don’t live in the real world. Absolutely disgusted by the way their supposed independent surveyor was. Totally unrealistic and treats you like you wouldn’t have a clue hoping you will just take the money when you can’t get the job done for anywhere near it. Even go as far as to say feel like just because I’m a woman obviously would’nt have a clue. How wrong they are. Avoid at all costs if you have a choice. I will definitely be avoiding any insurance company that uses them in the future and will take all my current products away from Churchill not that they will care I’m one in thousands but with three separate types of insurance with the one company they will be loosing a fair amount.
