I can not speak too highly of my experience of dealing with this company. Sophie Bettles was excellent. So efficient in processing the claim and in keeping me informed in a kind and considerate way. Very reassuring to an elderly lady. First class service.
I can’t comment on aspects of the outcome or management of a claim handled by Home Repair Network Limited due to their inability or unwillingness to engage a surveyor - having been instructed by Directline to manage my claim, the claims handler: a) advised that he had instructed a surveyor to contact me; b) when being advised after a number of days had elapsed that the surveyor had not reached out, then advised he had instructed another surveyor; c) the claims handler advised that the surveyor would contact me in 2-3 business days; d) after a week I advised the claims handler that no contact had yet been received; e) subsequently the claims handler now ignores my e-mails and there has been no progress on our claim I appreciate that this review is out of step with many on the site, however, my experience has been incredibly poor. I hope that Directline monitor and review satisfaction levels of their commercial partners, as the ultimate effect of such inaction by Home Repair Network is that Directline lose a customer, as I certainly will not be renewing if they continue to engage them.
The process of negotiating my claim was amazing. Extremely prompt service from a very helpful and friendly agent. During the whole process I was comfortable that we were being treated fairly, and the funds to reimburse me for the cost of the repair work to my door were credited promptly to my bank account.
Big thank you to Carolyn for looking after my claim whilst I was having a really tough time. Carolyn was very friendly and extremely helpful and I was kept informed all the way through as we had a few complications along the way.
This company, in particular Beth and Andy provided a 5 star service. My property was affected by a gas explosion and was in the middle of a sale. They have acted quickly and effectively and now the sale of the property can proceed you have a very happy customer.

Normally, being passed to another company from your insurance agent causes no end of complications, this was never an issue with HRNL. Beth, in particular, kept me informed constantly, which was made all the more impressive as we were out of the country for most of the time the work needed to be sourced and completed. Team visited twice. Once to put a temporary "wooden window" in place, check extent of damage and measure for replacement glass etc. Then a second visit to carry out necessary repairs and fit new glazing in the doors. All was completed to a very high standard in a fairly short timescale. Everything looks pretty much like new. I am a very happy chappy. I highly recommend this company.
My insurance claim was passed on to home repair network to review the damage. They were in contact within 30mins of insurance passing it to them. They were very quick to make arrangements to view the issue and communication was excellent every step of the way. Made the whole thing easier to process

Had an unfortunate attempted burglary and doors needed replacing, the insurance company put me on to HRNL to check everything and move the claim forward. Was dealing with John A, who's done an fantastic job reassuring me and acting very quickly to resolve this. From start to finish 2 days. Excellent comms and speedy resolution. Unheard of with insurance companies right?! Would I use HRNL again?, absolutely!
