I found my Insurance claim for water damage to be a very stressful experience until I made contact with Nathan who was professional, friendly and helpful taking the time to explain clearly the insurance procedures and offering support, all very much appreciated especially keeping me informed as I was met with a wall of silence from other parties. I am pleased to say I am very satisfied with the way in which Nathan handled my case, just wish I could give him more than 5 stars ! Thank you, Nathan

I had front door veneer damaged. HRNL has found the right specialist quickly, they were informing me about the progress of the process but the most important is that my door looks like new again 🥰 Would definitely recommend.

After storm damage to our Conservatory roof we contacted our Insurance company. They contacted Home Repair Network Ltd who were quick in sending out a surveyor . He inspected the damage and confirmed it was storm damage. John Arundel at Home Repair Network arranged for Window Doctor to carry out the work. The whole process was a success due to the assistance we got from Home Repair Network Ld.

It was great to have Dianne to deal with the issues surrounding my Auntie's house insurance claim. She was polite, professional and genuine in helping us at the difficult time and was most patient with my auntie who is 97. Simply useless... Appointed by Direct Line to manage our claim. Offer a very low lump sum with zero detail to settle. The offer would not cover the cost of repairs. When asked to provide a breakdown of how this figure has been calculated they simply ignore emails. Local contractors cannot carry out works for the price offered. HRNL will not communicate or reply to my emails requesting more detail. Unfortunately it was not my choice to use them as they were appointed by Directline but if you ever get the choice do not bother with this company

My clam was handled very promptly and I was guided through the process. Everyone I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. They took any stress out the process. All request for updates or information were responded to quickly.

We are very satisfied with the way our claim was handled. Everyone involved did what they said they would do and kept us informed. We are particularly impressed with the quality of the work carried out ( removing the damaged kitchen floor and relaying with new boards etc).

Recently had a traumatic incident at home when a housebrick was thrown through living room window. However the service we received after that from Home Repair Network was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, good communication. Arranged everything, kept us up to date with progress and superb installation of new toughened glass. 1st class, very happy

Nathan was very helpful and polite throughout the claims procedure. He was contactable via email and phone, which made the whole procedure less onerous. Although there were steps which we had no idea about in the beginning, he was clear and efficient, and the process was well managed.
