On February 1, I made a reservation for May 20 through May 24. The person on the phone told us the exact dates and asked if it was right, and we told them yes. When we looked at the text he sent us, it was for March 20 through March 24, so we called them right back. They told us we had to use our insurance, and it would take 2 to 10 days to get a refund. The money was not refunded to my credit card. After 10 days, I called to see what was going on and asked to speak to a manager. He would not let me talk to a manager. He resubmitted my refund request and told me it would take 2 to 10 days. I would NOT recommend Super8wynd to anyone.
The company associates whom I have worked with on the phone are great: very helpful and considerate. What I do not like is that I found that I had made a reservation through HotelPlanner on a Marriott website. That was not my intention, and it has cost me considerable time to get a voucher and to get reimbursed.
It was easy to get the dates I wanted and simple to fill out all that was required. Clear...concise....and simple to deal with. London Baby....

Ambar answered all my questions in a friendly and complete manner. I would nave booked the rooms but needed to look at my itinary first at home. I will be booking with him once i confirm my availabity.
The first room we had was blood or something running down to bathtub a sticker of somebody’s clothes and size a long sticker behind the door of the bathroom fingerprints all over the mirror other disgusting things were on the walls so we called and complained about the room, not being cleaned They gave us another room which that room. The mirrors were fingerprinted with a little child. It look like somebody put their hands in their pants and wiped it all over the curtains. Microwave was filthy. Countertops in the bathroom were filthy. The drawers had crumbs in there and hair, and we went to the front desk to complain to the lady in the morning, she acted as if it was an OK act tried to ask for a manager. She refused to give us any information She felt like I was being dismissed. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody one bad room is OK but two bad rooms to be dismissed as if it’s OK that the rooms are dirty and we’re gonna charge you X amount of dollars on fire alarm was missing the main piece was there but not the piece that alarm was to go off, it was not there which is against the law. It should’ve been there. Complained about that and she just again dismissed us and I told her I guess I’ll see you guys in court of all the pictures and the inconvenience and I will call it a fire department and let them know that you do not have fire detectors in rooms not a place I would recommend for anybody.

Mar 01,2025I did not want to pay 500+ for a room at the Holiday Inn in Port Lucie so the booker said how about Stuart Florida 5 miles away Quality Inn 344.69 and this place is horrible. Outdated, dirty, suspect people hanging out I wish I would have just kept searching than trust the person on the phone
