Feb 20,2025This company is a group of scammers!!! I also thought that this company was the actual hotel # because it looked to be on the website. We have a company event taking place and I needed to book a room for one of our attendees. BTW the rep I spoke with didn't speak understandable english and spoke so fast. I explained this was for a convention. 30 minutes later the guest isn't able to attend. I call the company back and they say it's non-refundable. I have worked for a week straight with atleast 10 different representatives and they all said they would "escalate this for you" and work on getting me a refund. Then a week later I get a travel voucher for the amount of money they took from my meeting attendee. If this company is reading, I will keep contacting you for the refund you promised us.
