Very poor as intime cancelled reservation was still charged to my account and not resolved yet even I could not arrived due to storm on the way thus staying at another hotel in North Carolina because of the cat 3 storm hitting the area.

First, the hotel's front desk did not accept the voucher for fee, charged my wife 181+ and have not returned the fee paid from the allowed amount on the voucher.
My experience using this website has been a disaster. I booked 3 hotels through their service for my upcoming trip to Japan and every single one had issues. For one, I received a notice that my trip was cancelled without refund when I did not make any cancellation requests, and instead of reinstating the booking or giving me a refund for their mistake, they would only give me a voucher, and it took a full month before I even convinced them to provide me that. Then, when I attempted to apply that voucher to another booking, they placed the reservation but failed to actually use the voucher, meaning I was charged the full price. I was told this would be escalated to management 4 weeks ago and have heard no communications from customer service since. I have nothing else to use that voucher for, so it is a total waste and extremely frustrating. Please save yourself the hassle.

The lady I spoke with was knowledgeable about the questions I asked. She didn't asked me for my hilton honors # or how many was staying in the room. When I checked my booking it read one adult. We are two. Other than that she was okay. The reservation read, there might be additional charge with more people. I wish she had asked up front.
I contacted this company when I did a google search for the Marriott Hotel Raphael in Kansas City and the phone link for the hotel popped up as the first hit in the search. I clicked on that and was immediately connected with a representative who appeared to be with Marriott reservations. I was certainly wrong as I found out later that this representative worked for Hotel Planner. She booked one room for me with a rate that appeared to be in line with what another traveling companion is paying for their room. She never mentioned the option of a refundable rate if I cancelled 48 hours before arrival or any other rates besides the non-refundable rate she quoted me. She also made it very clear that I needed to take the Refund Protection Plan they offered at an additional charge of approximately $36. She never explained that this plan would still not refund my room rate if I cancelled. I was getting a little suspicious by this time but I was in a hurry, on my cell phone, and standing outside in a parking lot. Nevertheless I was astounded when I received an emailed confirmation of the total room charge with a tax recovery and fees of $161.60. How could this be so much when the room rate is $266.69! I called Hotel Planner at the number listed on my confirmation and the representative (although very nice) could not give me a breakdown of these fees nor could she explain why they were so high. She opened a case number for me and her company reached out to me via email fairly quickly. However, they have not provided me an explanation for these exorbitant extra fees. I am also in the process of filing a dispute claim with my credit card company so hopefully I can recover some of these fees at least. I have certainly learned my lesson and will never again book a hotel unless I am on the hotel's website and dealing directly with the hotel chain. I would never recommend Hotel Planner to anyone and I hope my reviews help someone who is considering using this company. Don't do it!!!
I was discussing pricing and was not finished talking and she hung up on me. She was not very clear in explaining her pricing for two rooms that are joined by a door. I totally understand wasn’t done working with her, just trying to figure things out and she hung up on me.
Don’t call! Book online. I asked for cheapest rate and he lied and gave me a lame excuse that it is a holiday weekend
