Horrible experience. Classic bait and switch, all when what I wanted was a reasonably priced hotel room. This company lured me in with one price and then doubled in a very sneaky and unprofessional way.
Wanda was patient with me when I could barely hear her over a bad connection while calling from a car cutting through the mountains. She was helpful in securing affordable rooms for my party and 2 pets INCLUDING my beloved cat!
Did solve any issues and didn’t follow through on refund. End of day didn’t hold up to refund. Wouldn’t use you again and I’ll make sure others know!
Amanda took the time and broke down the rates for me. She even looked up rates for other hotels upon my request. Thank you Amanda for a job well done in your customer service.

Overall professional and politeness
good experience overall. Somehow I was surprised by booking fees that didn't show up till the last step. I probably failed to read the fine print on something, but perhaps you could make that more obvious if it's going to apply so we can decide with all of the facts up front.

Used a voucher from a changed hotel reservation made earlier this year. The HotelPlanner website made this new reservation seamless.
When making the reservation, we were told there would be 2 bottles of wine in our room, there was no wine & the front desk said they’ve never heard of that!!! 2nd, we were told we would get a discount on our room to mention we were honors members, fr desk said unless we make the reservation w/them there was no discount. 3rd party reservations are really somewhat of a scam. They tell you what you want to hear, & then they don’t come thru. Always disappointing.
Using this service was extremely inconvenient. I had a family emergency going on and due to their policy I couldn't get a refund even with the policy I paid extra for in case of this emergency. All I was able to get was credit that I had to use or lose the $700+ dollars I had already spent. Furthermore, I had difficulty with utilizing the credit after I found rooms for less when they claimed they "offer the lowest rate possible". I found rooms that were $250 less then what they consulted over the phone. On top of that, the "complimentary bottles of wine" had to be paid because I couldn't use them only after the first day I checked in. Being in the hospitality profession, having this horrible of service in this situation is truly a disservice to my profession.
They made making the reservation, smooth and easy, and when I needed to change my check-in date, but continue to be a very smooth transition. I do believe if they could give informed information about the hotel it would be helpful to the customer.
Paige took the time to answer all my questions about the rooms and even one on parking e-bikes. I truly appreciate her professional and kind demeanor.

I received a voucher for my recent reservation. Although the booking was successful, the process was somewhat cumbersome. Initially I was not texted the right information, and it took several calls to rectify.
I needed to talk to management but no one picked up my call. The hotel Days Inn did not receive money, and you were not answering my call so I canceled the reservation and booked a room directly from Days Inn. This was my first experience with you guys which went bad.
We contacted your office to schedule a reservation for a lady who Needed a place to stay after being involved in accident and ebony.The receptionist that took down the information in help schedule.The reservation was extremely helpful and empathetic of the whole entire situation and tried to do the best.They could to make sure that they could have an earlier check in time if they had rooms available to do so.. Because of the caring and compassionate nature that she Showed to the woman.We would highly recommend to have somebody reach out in contact To your facility in the future Because of the way that we were treated by ebony.. I sincerely hope that somebody lets her know.How much we appreciated Her time and effort in assisting us .
