Feb 13,2017I was a bit concerned as I booked with cheap rate but wasnt sure if I did the right thing to book through this website. I immediately called the hotel to confirm if a booking was made under my name. Operator said for third party reservations, wait for at least 48 hrs. I called again after 2 days and confirmed that booking was made. Thankful to have saved some $$$.

Feb 10,2017Tried to get more info on the rooms.. but to no avail. Gone thru another booking service.. very much details available. Chosen simply because offering a better price. However, my hotel selection stated free cancellation when do booking but my credit card was charged upon booking.

Feb 10,2017I booked a Hilton hotel with Hoteltravel. I called Hilton and was told they do not honor the voucher.. there is no human contact with this website. I have tried to cancel to no avail. The phone number is in Bangkok. Had to call credit card company ..currently in dispute department. Further research found numerous complaints of people whose vouchers were denied by the hotels.

Feb 09,2017I have a problem with my payment. I paid 46 € with my paypal account but hotel manager said me "we get 36 € from Expedia" could you inform me how much your comision for this process? I hope it didnt 10€. Except that one everything was perfect. Regards

Feb 09,2017when the offer including breakfast.....but when i choose that one which including breakfast......finally when i check in.....the hotel told me the package i choose .....the breakfast was not included.......i felt been cheated....but i cannot do anything.......futhermore the hotel said to me....this matter was between me and the agent...the cannot do anything.........very sad

Feb 17,2017Pictures in the web page looked great.....We got there and Hotel was a dump with even rusted bathrooms!!!! Punked people and awful accommodations scary place and stairways were real scary.... Won't use Hotel travels again!!!
