Feb 06,2017Great service booked hotel in Golden tulip mandison Bangkok when everyone else was showing as sold out for here. As late booking 1 night before. Received confirmation immediately and no problem checking in etc. Even tried calling the hotel before and they said no rooms available, but got one with Hoteltravel no problem so thanks

Feb 05,2017Took our money to book a hotel which was overbooked.Hours after we tried to check in we were offered alternate accommodation which was inferior. When advised that alternate accommodation was unsuitable offered refund but left us with no accommodation. Fortunately the hotel managed to find another room but then Hotel Travel wants to charge us for the room (at a higher rate than booking the same room with any other provider). They rang and I couldn't understand the caller. This was for 1 night's accommodation before flying home. We found the experience very distressing and humiliating. We will never use this company again and advise you to do the same.

Feb 03,2017Their live chat service was really good, and the staff Alessandro was nice and excellent. He helped me to amend my booking from 2 days to 1 days with full refund in the midnight, and received the confirmation email at once, so that I don't need to worry on my booking in the night anymore. I was very happy with that. Recommend!

Feb 02,2017Very good just it's cold in the room. Nice breakfast. Chambre refait à neuf, super confortable mais il fait très froid dans la chambre il n'y a pas de chauffage. Bon petit dej.

Jan 31,2017When looking for another room at a specific hotel, I came across HotelTravel, I hadn't heard of them before so I checked reviews, these were mixed but most recent ones were good so I decided to go for it as they were so much cheaper than direct. I got an email confirmation that night, and a phone call in the morning to say that if there was anything they could help with they were open 24/7 and feel free to call or email, which was nice and made me feel better. However I called the hotel 48 hours later, to ask for the two rooms I had booked(seperately) to be put close together and they had no record of my booking with HotelTravel, but the hotel did say it may take a day or so to show on their system, but being worried as our stay was fast approaching I emailed HotelTravel and explained the situation, they very quickly replied to apologise and that they were looking into it, and within a few hours I had an email to say the hotel have confirmed the room and I could call to put my rooms together, which I did. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use again. Thank you HotelTravel

Jan 30,2017I have a wrong reservation which is non refunable, yet the company has made adjustment to my booking according to my wish which I am very thankful of! The customer service in Thailand is great and response from email and phone were both quick! Really happy to have booked from this site and I will definitely visit the site again!
