Dec 22,2020Bought a 6 x 4 garage tent (Nov 20) to store a classic car over the winter. The tent arrived promptly and wasn't too difficult to put up however: The tent is totally unfit for purpose. The material doesn't breathe so it just generates condensation. The inside of the garage is continually dripping wet and so is the car. Absolutely soaking wet all of the time! So easy to be taken in by the product description of a dry storage space. Totally untrue, I am so disappointed with this product. DO NOT BUY A GARAGE TENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT MOISTURE TRAPS! BE WARNED

Dec 19,2020Bought a heavy duty Gazebo from them, nearly £500.00. After less than a month a little wind and a little snow and it collapsed overnight. Customer service has no interest in helping or resolving the issue, not their problem or a problem with their equipment, a my fault. Terrible, do not deal with them, thought spending a bit extra was worth it to get extra quality, the opposite was true.
