Oct 04,2024When I opened the boxes, all the bolts were missing and several other parts. The assembly instructions were also missing. I contacted the office and I was told to buy them locally and to send in the invoice. The other parts I had to wait for them to come from Germany. These only came on Monday afternoon the 30th of September. I lost several weeks waiting to get these parts and now the weather has changed. I could have had this garage finished and my vintage car could have been safe in the dry. I only hope that there is no damage done as it is outside covered by a sheet.

The service and quality is absolutely diabolical - I have reported this company to trading standards Missing parts poorly made and awful robot style service The product is so cheaply made it's dangerous to have - also reporting to the health and safety standards Do not waste your money or put your self in danger

Sep 14,2024Don’t bother to purchase anything. Bought a 3x3 garden gazebo hardtop. Sadly lots of pieces bent & out of shape. Bad quality. Not happy at all paid a lot of money for this. I will attach photos. I was concerned when I placed order & paid immediately did not have a confirmation email I had to email the company to make sure it was not a scam. Took along time to get delivered as it apparently came from Germany as uk had sold out.

Sep 12,2024I bought the 5 x 10 meter party tent for my kids christening I got the tent assembled. The tent was only up two days and the full thing is all bent and buckled due to weather. I contacted the dealer and they’re not willing to help or replace the tent. I recommend not for anyone to buy this product I had someone from the team contact me by email saying they were going to look into my case. I never heard anything back from anyone so I contacted them and they told me they are doing nothing about it which I think is ridiculous. The tent cost me £500 which was put up two days prior from it falling apart for anyone looking for information on this product.
