Feb 20,2025I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. It was easy to set up on the app and is also very intuitive when using too. Integrates with Octopus Intelligent so I can charge for lower costs and the Ultra Black looks amazing when you use the LED modes. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to get an EV charger.

Feb 19,2025After looking around the options that would work well with my solar panels (under the original FIT scheme), I opted for HyperVolt. Looking at the relative costs of a HyperVolt-led installation or an electricity-supplier-led one, I opted to go direct and cut out the middle man. That worked very smoothly with the contractor (NorVolt) doing a good and very efficient job. Only had it for two weeks so far, but all seems great.

Chris from installation rang we arranged date and time for it to be put in. Day of fitting installer turn up on time. Feb 07,2025Hypervolt passed my order to an installer in Peterbrough called smart home charge. The service from them has been terrible 1. They have a very rudimentary way to do a virtual site survey which prevents any modern phones from uploading videos 2. They can't provide an installation date because thier engineer is on annual leave until Feb 18th 3. Tried contacting via phone at 1300 hrs on a Thursday and response is there support desk is closed as they operate only Monday to Friday between 9 to 6 pm what a joke.. Zero stars to hypervolt and thier installer

Feb 20,2025Very impressed with my Hypervolt Home3 Pro charger. After a WiFi power interruption I couldn’t connect my phone to the charger although I could still charge my car OK. A quick WhatsApp message to customer scrs. Had it sorted in no time- simple fix. Good product/company.
