May 21,2024Amy, the case handler, was amazing from start to finish of the claim. She was friendly and approachable and kept me updated at each stage of the claim. She organised the car repair and delivery of the hire car making the whole service efficient and professional. Amy is a credit to this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Innocent Driver to anyone.

The rest was magic. They took over my issue. handled it end to end. Louise who handled my case is an extraordinary agent who helped me in all aspects.

May 03,2024My car was involved in an incident while parked outside my home. I wasn't present and would not have had any idea about what had happened without the kindness of a public-spirited witness and involvement of Innocent Driver. The witness had taken a photograph, left a note under my windscreen wiper with an email address. I may say that apparently the "culprit" had looked around before driving away and NOT left any note under the windscreen wiper!! I had gone to speak to my local coachworks specialists and from then on all my problems were resolved. He knew about Innocent Driver and contacted them for me. They have been marvellous - contacted me regularly; located the lady who had caused the damage through the registration plate on the photograph; collected the witness statements: organised all the paperwork and the repairs. I was contacted regularly by the same charming claims handler from Innocent Driver. I cannot rate Innocent Driver highly enough as everything has been taken care of for me - such a relief as I am an elderly lady and, although an unpleasant experience, it has not been at all stressful for me. My thanks and undying gratitude to an amazing organisation - and all the other people involved!

May 02,2024I was lucky enough to speak with Bex, who has made the entire process so effortless. Unlike my other claim experience from the past, due to an unfortunate serious accident, which even though I was not at fault, was intensely stressful and I have not had to beg to be treated fairly. Dealing with Innocent Driver has been a breeze!

May 02,2024Cathy mainly dealt with my claim who was excellent getting the claim started and kept me updated throughout even chasing the garage for updates with the progress of the vehicle. We had some issues with the 3rd Party insurance and Enterprise hire cancelling the car that was booked in and no one informed us of this but that wasn't really to do with Innocent Driver other than they were involved shortly after the 3rd party started a claim as we wanted to use our own garage and the insurance contested the quote. This is where innocent driver came in and made it happen without any cost to us or getting our insurance involved.

May 22,2024I can't praise innocent driver enough. My car was hit in a car park when I wasn't there fortunately it was caught on CCTV so I had the registration of the other car. The process was simple from start to finish and Rebecca who was dealing with my claim was excellent.
