Mar 05,2024Would absolutely recommend this company. I was in an accident on the way to work and was naturally shocked at what had happened. Louise was my case manager and she was fantastic - she took the stress away from me - dealt with everything including getting me a replacement car. The best thing was, she communicated with me and kept me informed about what was happening. She was kind, professional and efficient. Thank you Louise, keep up the good work.

A friend recommended me sorting out my claim via this this company instead, as he has used them on a few occasions before. Emma handled this very efficiently and got the ball rolling straight away. I found her very helpful and also she kept me updated throughout the process. No long waits, no chasing around and no hassle. If I find myself in the similar situation again I would definitely be using them
