Wasn’t very clued up on how to deal with a damaged vehicle and insurance companies, Innocent took control of the process and dealt with it all efficiently, and kept me in the loop throughout. They (Cathy predominately as she dealt with my case) were able to answer questions for me too that maybe they didn’t need to, in terms of the salvage company and the third party insurers.
