I was involved in an accident that was the other drivers fault and was having difficulty contacting her insurance company directly, ie. phone lines kept ringing out. Heard the ad on radio for this company and within 48 hours they had gotten hold of insurance company, other driver and made all necessary arrangements for my car repairs and courtesy car. Excellent service.

Nov 02,2021The repair garage I use uses Innocent Driver and have heard about them on the radio a few times. The service I got was outstanding and always kept me up to date with everything going out. They help get a hire car out to me through another company but that was not an issue at all. Lauren was a great help in answering any questions I had and made the process super easy! I would 100% recommend Innocent Driver to anyone that's in a nonfault accident!

Oct 18,2021Fantastic service from innocent driver after i was rear ended at a roundabout. So glad i found out about this as it didnt cost me a penny and didnt have any impact on my own insurance. The only reason i havent given 5 stars is because while innocent driver organised everything ad i had one point of contact throughout and spoke to the same claim handler throughout there were part where external companies had to contact me and i had to organise between 3 different companies to get my car picked up and have my hire courtesy car dropped off to me. Also while the car i got was a similar size to mine the fuel economy was awful so was quite expensive to run. Over all tho the excellent service and speed at which my car was repaired once the claim was accepted (just over a week) far outweight anything else and i would highly reccommend anyone in an accident that isnt their fault to head straight to this company.

They handled the entire case from the moment I reported the incident through to delivery of my repaired vehicle, and everything in between. Very responsive on email, phone and text messaging. Would definitely use again.....although I hope I never need to!
