Aug 09,2024Innocent driver have been amazing for me after someone hit my car and refused to pay the money privately so I come across them and they have sorted everything out for me I haven't had to do anything at all , Rebecca dealt with my claim and has updated me every part along the way and was happy to answer any questions I had and was very helpful I couldn't thank them enough, process was quick and I now have my car back they way it was ment to be all hassle free đ

Jul 30,2024I was recently involved in a no-fault accident and my insurance company made a mountain out of a mole hill and it all became very stressful. My local body shop suggested I use Innocent driver, and the experience so far has been smooth and I've been kept informed all the way through the process.

The handler appointed to my claim, Ashleigh, has been more than accommodating and very responsive to both keeping me updated and answering any questions iâve had. I would recommend them to anyone going through a non-fault claim.

Jul 26,2024Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I was hit in a car park and guilty driver fled the scene. Luckily I had a dashcam footage with everything clearly to see. It was a minor damage therefore I didnât want to go through my insurance and pay the excess. Heard this âinnocent driverâ add on the radio and thought Iâll give a go. After sending the footage, it all went great. My car was taken to repair garage and there was no cost. A year later the company which repaired the car contacted me asking to cover the repair bill as they couldnât get the guilty party to pay. Moreover, my signature was forged on an agreement which said in case of failure to recover funds, the owner is fully paying for repairs done. Furthermore, I have provided evidence that it was not me signing on the agreement. But instead I was threatened with the lawyers and had to give my insurance information or cover the personally. End of the story is that I had to involve my insurance and get the COWBOYS paid. So not only end up paying the middle man, but my insurance closed a claim as my own fault
