Jul 19,2024Car got hit with a pick up while parked. The other party had me running around looking for quotes even though they were at fault. I went to a repair garage they gave me a number for Innocent driver from the moment I spoke to Louise she handled everything and took the stress of it away. My car is now in getting repaired, and I have a hire car until the repairs are completed. I didn't have to go through my own insurance and have not paid anything.

Sandie dealt with my claim and was very helpful and professional thoughout. The whole process was dealt with by Innocent Driver and very little was needed from me. I now have my car back repaired at no cost without having to go through my insurance.

Jul 05,2024PLEASE READ ALL💚 My van was hit an drove off by a wagon carrying a shipping container luckily id been given registration an found the owner/company so i contacted them I'd told them what happened and i had witnesses an video footage they said don't worry we will sort it I was promised time an time again they was going to replace my van anyway after 3 months of bull i got disheartened an a garage owner i know said contacted these people ( AMY ) was the person I spoke to an who dealt with me an my case it didn't take her long an in side of a few weeks I'd had an off for full replacement an also my extras that would need doing to my new to me van honestly i didn't think I'd get a penny because I'd left it too long but Amy was absolutely amazing an kept me informed Via email an also a call here an there as i said email is fine but she still wanted to call me Now these people are in my contacts an I've recommended them to people already SO PLEASE don't hesitate give them a CALL ASAP then sit back with no worries i can assure you that 💚

In times when computers and AI are starting replace most interactions. It's good to know that Innocent Driver have fully recognised after an accident all we want is a little TLC.
